Hi all! ~

I would like to share this house with all of you, and especially to those of you who love nature, but yet wish to live a luxury life.

This house is supplied with 10 solar panels and 5 wind turbines, supplying the house with green energy.

There is also a washing room, so your sims can wash their clothes and dry them. If the weather is good, they can even hang their clothes on the drying rack outside!

This lot has a beautiful pond, ready to give a home to any fish your sims adore.
There is also a small porch in the garden, ideal for relaxing when the sun goes down…
For those sims who just can’t keep away from their beloved tomatoes… Well, a small vegetable garden close to the porch will keep them busy for sure.
(I haven't planted any vegetables yet, because otherwise your not-so-grocery-loving sims would let them rot. That would be a mess.)

If your sims don’t really like tomatoes, or just don’t like getting green hands (and knees), then they can also just pick apples or lemons from the trees (it’s a small orchard). These trees don't require a lot time, and they stay green longer.

And, of course, a swimming pool. There’s an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. I do however suggest your sims to use the outdoor pool only (since the indoor pool isn’t actually swimmable…).
There’s a bar at the outdoor pool, if your sims get thirsty. And they will, just look at the bar. It would make me thirsty for sure!

What shouldn’t be missing from the picture is the fact that this house comes with a car, a Renault Twizy! In order for you to have this car, I suggest that you download the Renault Twizy set (which is free to download from The Sims 3 Store).

And perhaps one of the most important notes, I think I should tell you about the lot specs. So here they are.
Lot size: 60x60
Furnished: § 289 866
Unfurnished: § 179 727

Now for the interior: I have provided a floor plan which shows you all the floors. You can find the floorplans at the bottom of this post, along with the other screenshots. So now I’ll name the rooms for you.

Ground floor
1. Main entrance
2. Living room
3. Stairs to the first floor
4. Side entrance
5. Laundry room
6. Toilet
7. Dining room
8. Kitchen
9. Indoor pool
10. Terrace

Note: the toilet is accessible via the laundry room. And the dining room and the kitchen are in the same room. Oh and, as mentioned before, the indoor pool is not for swimming. It's decorative. I actually discovered that when I was trying to make my sim swim in the pool.

First floor
1. Terrace
2. Stairs to the ground floor
3. First floor hallway
4. Bedroom
5. Bathroom
6. Stairs to the second floor

Second floor
1. Terrace
2. Second floor hallway
3. Children's room
4. Bathroom

Note: The room for the children isn't fully furnished. I kept it with the baby bed and a one-person bed. This way, you can have a worried mother sim or father sim sleep at your child's room. In case the child cries a lot. And there's also a desk, and a bathroom. Because children also grow up and soon they'll be teenagers. And we all know that teenagers need their 'own' space. And that includes a bathroom.

CUSTOM CONTENT
You will need to download the Bumper Crop Expansion Set, by QBUILDERZ, here at MTS.

CUSTOM CONTENT – THE SIMS 3 STORE
I used some store items while creating this house, so here’s a list of the names and how many SimPoints they cost.

Xing The Lunar Year Tiger, 25 SimPoints

Freddy Frog Wall Growth Chart, 25 SimPoints

Huan-Yue Panda Doll, 25 SimPoints

Sanctuary Sofa, 100 SimPoints

Lunar Year Candy Box, 25 SimPoints

Loitering Luggage, 25 SimPoints

Woven Wicker Baskets, 25 SimPoints

Gothique Cushion and Pearls, 25 SimPoints

Elegant Swirls Deluxe, 25 SimPoints

Seaside Carved Rack, 25 SimPoints

Shrub of Tranquility, 25 SimPoints

This makes a total of 350 SimPoints.

FREE CUSTOM CONTENT – THE SIMS 3 STORE
I also used some free custom content from the store.
Please download the Earth Day pack (you can find it here) and the Renault Twizy Pack (sorry, I can no longer find the link of that one on the Sims 3 Store...).

If you live in the USA, then you probably won’t be able to download the Renault Twizy Pack, but the Toyota Pack. So I suggest you just download that one, and switch the replacement car in the house with the Toyota car (it’s a Prius you have there, right?).

It's best to type "Toyota pack sims 3" in Google to find it, I can't give you the link since I live in Europe and it doesn't allow me to see that page...

This should be all of custom content that’s required to download in order for the house to be complete and working.

I checked the house with CUSTARD so that I'd be sure that I included all the custom content, and I can assure you that this is all. Strangely enough, CUSTARD didn't notice that I used the Bumper Crop Expansion Set. So you still need to download that, as I mentioned before.

In order to be sure that CUSTARD didn't fail at finding all the custom content I used, I myself checked the whole lot. I've picked up the items from which I wasn't sure if they were custom or not, and luckily I didn't find any exept for the ones I already wrote down!

That’s all I have to say to you about this house!
If you find any glitches, then please let me know.

So far I've found one glitch, and that's the floating ceiling glitch. It can happen when you use the ConstrainFloorElevation cheat while building a house. It's located next to wall on the outside of the bathroom, and next to the wall of the pool, on the side of the street. I didn't manage to get rid of these that easy. I got rid of the outer side of the floating ceilings, but that was about all I could do.

In fact, you can't see the floating ceilings unless you really focus on them and zoom in extremely close. So you should actually only see them by accident. I also noticed that the ceiling tiles in the bathroom on the first floor sometimes disappear. This is quite strange, since I somehow manage to get them back, but from time to time they disappear again. Last time I checked (and that was before I packaged the lot), the tiles didn't disappear.

If anyone has any of these problems, or discovered new ones, then let me know so that I can fix them.

I would also like to say that I used some cheats while creating this house. I mainly used the cheat MoveObjects On and the cheat ConstrainFloorElevation False. So keep that in mind, when you decide to edit the house or move some of the objects.

For any extra detail pictures, please see below.
