This little haunted Victorian starter home was based off the house in the Munster's tv series. As this is a starter home only the basic furnishings are included. You have 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen area and living room all on a 20x15 lot for just under 20,000. There is room on the lot to expand the house as your Sim family grows. So if your budget conscience sims are looking for a haunted retreat or your loner Sim wants to live somewhere that looks haunted to keep other Sims away - this is the house for you!
