Lot Traits: Bracing Breezes, Natural Light and Homey

This is a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pool. There's a forest in the back that you can clear out if you would like to expand the house or you can keep it for a (hopefully) lovely view.
Tell me if you've got any problems!

I was using this as my home for my sims for a bit and decided y'all might enjoy it. It has a 3 emotion paintings in the upstairs non-green bedroom, I believe they are confident, sad and angry. There's also a "Bottle of champagne in an ice bucket" that gives off the flirty emotion in the upstairs green bedroom.
