The short version of the story, I didn't care for the included wedding venues; and many of the, beautifully crafted, mod site lots, were too big for my taste. I just wanted a small place for party/wedding events. I attempted to design a space that was also logical in function while remaining aesthetically pleasing. While testing, my Sims were able to navigate the lot even with a full group and random visiting Sims.

This is a Generic lot so once inside you can utilize the bar, view various things, fantasize about weddings, cook, use the rest area, hire a DJ and use the dance floor. In my testing you can also use the wedding arch to renew wedding vows.

The lot carries the Convivial, Romantic Aura, and a Sunny Aspect Traits. Sims will show up and hang out. That and the default lot traits make it a place to go and meet Sims or practice some skills.

I sectioned off the catering area (stove, grill, refrigerator, and counter) as a separate room, using the invisible walls available in the vanilla game, and have had no problems with the caterer showing up and actually catering.

Important Notes
To get this to work as an Event space for a wedding, party, or club meeting area you will need to download the incredible: Clubs, Parties, Weddings at Generic Venues (1.19) by Shimrod101

With Shimrod' s mod installed, I have not encountered any party crashing Sims looking to get a free meal or hit on the party guests.
As far as path finding issues, none that I encountered. This testing was done with a full guest list (15), Service workers (4), and of course the betrothed (2). There was the occasional hand waving Sim telling me he couldn't get to the other side of the dance floor, but seriously haven't we all had that problem at a wedding....

Instructions: Unzip the downloaded archive; and install the included files in your: C:\User\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray folder. There is a Wedding Park README file included. The readme contains install instructions and a list of the files included.
