General tips to place the lot
  • Building contains a lot of move-object'ed items for plants row. I placed many times and nothing was lost even without bb.moveobjects turned on. But still better to turn it on just to be sure.
  • Showliveeditobjects cheat was used to place sculptures. All other items are from catalogue.
  • Since all rooms are mainly two-tiled width coffin shape, better to furnish them from one side.
  • I did not used sinks here because my vampire sim I play always was drink water from that. Idk why. All home cooking can be thrown in trash bin, so I found it not necessary to place it.
  • Place this house to lot with 1.5k price and long side to road. Best to place at Forgotten Hollow.
  • Was build and playtested in game version: 1.55.105.1020

Happy Halloween! Vic ^_^
