Hi!
I got the same problem than cocola112 and adria22... Not exactly the same and I hope I can help them (and you to find where the issue is).
So, I wanted a new family and took 4 of your great sims : 2, one female and one male, with no significant changes, became the parents and the other 2, one female and one male too, became their children. The no_relationships_can_be_created issue appeared only with the mother. I thought only that sim was concerned and did not try anything, but I'm going to make her younger - and older as well - and see what happens.
Anyway, thanks for your creations: they're really awesome!
