This house will be great for a nectar-collector. This house has a real basement with a nectar shelves, so your sim's nectar will be excellent (:

If you want, you can add a sauna from the Store. I made a space (occupied by triangle bath). Also, if you have Monte Vista, you'll get a Wood Fire Oven on backyard (otherwise you won't feel any differences).

One of the bedrooms has baby crib. One of the rooms is not furnished.
Lot size is 40x40. 3 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms. Max count of sims in family is 7.
