So after something of a hiatus, I decided to open my own Sims website. Nothing too grand, just a little site with some of my stuff on it. I've updated a couple times already with new items as well, and it's been good fun so far. I really like how the layout turned out as well, it's pretty simple, but fits the theme well.

Anyway, enough rambling from me. Come check it out if you're interested.

Okay, here we go.

First: People keep asking me things like "OMG, where did you go? Did you die?" No, I didn't. I just mostly like to post my stuff over at Insiminator.net now, so come check out my section there, I have new pretties. To dispell any weird myths, no I am not having problems or issues with the staff at MTS2. Lyric and all the other mods have been nothing but good to me, and I think Delphy is way too busy with keeping this place running to squabble with the common folk.

Second: Yes, I know I haven't been updating quite as much. I'm trying to not let myself get burnt out, taking a little break to actually get to play the game. I don't actually get to do that much. When I come back full force later on, I'm kicking around the idea of opening a brand new shiny site. We'll see though. If I do open a new site, I'll post again with all the details.

Third: Don't think I don't notice when you guys use my stuff. I don't always leave comments, but you guys are all awesome. I love seeing how other people use my stuff, so go for it. Go crazy!

The Short Version

You may use and redistribute my creations on your uploaded sims or houses as long as proper credit is given. I prefer that my work not be put onto the exchange or used as part of a pay or donation item.

The Long Version

You have my permission to use any of my clothing, makeup, hair, etc, however you wish on anything you wish. All I ask is that you not be a sneaky theiving sort of person and claim it as your own, and give the usual credit to keep people from getting mad at you for "stealing" my stuff. A link back would be extra nice, but I won't be too terribly upset if it is omitted.

It is my opinion that mods for the sims ought to be free, and though I can't force everyone to agree with me, I do ask that my work not be used on any item that requires payment or a donation to aquire. Also, I would really, really like it if my work didn't end up as the exchange, because that place is like an evil, toxic garbage dump where stuff goes in and comes out horribly mutated. However, being a realistic sort, if something of mine ends up there I won't do anything drastic or cry for longer than a few minutes over it.

Please observe and respect the wishes of the makers of the original meshes, as well. My policies are pretty broad, but some people have elaborate rituals and read-mes to follow before you can redistribute their stuff, or don't want you to do it at all. I honestly don't care what you do, but I probably should cover my own ass on this one.

If you use one of my items in a movie or a screenshot or print it out and stick it in your pants, don't worry about credit. It seems silly that you would have to make some kind of long and elaborate list of every single little thing you use, and I am not so vain as to think I deserve that kind of time and effort on your part. If you do end up using my things creatively, drop me a link, I like seeing that sort of thing (except if you really did put it in your pants. I don't want to see that).

Above all, enjoy what you download. If my stuff inspires you to make your own, then by all means, go for it. Use my alphas if you want, make sims wearing my clothes, or do whatever you want. If you are going to steal something of mine, do it with style. Make your game what you want it to be.
