I'm having trouble getting any mods to work and the only thing that seems to be broken is the d3dxd9.dll file. I've checked through everything else and it seems fine. The textin the .dll file looks super messed up, though, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to look like that. I really want to play this game with literally any mods, so if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!
