This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default 4/6/24 Graphic Rules Maker Issue
i cannot get my game to apply the 4GB patch using RPC, i reinstalled graphic rules maker to version 2.3
I believe my graphic card is too new for graphics rules to recognize it? It's saying I have a NVIDIA when i do not, i have a AMD Radeon RX 6760 XT, 32GB of RAM, and am using an SSD to install sims 2!

I have updated RPC but nothing is working. please help, thank you.

I tried following Lee fish tutorial but got completely lost. sorry!

Are you using reshade and/or the DXVK? That would cause it. http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=9325 "Did you by any chance use the D9VK/DXVK solution to try and fix the graphical issue you had? This method forces your config to register the Nvidia 7800 GTX as your video card regardless of what your actual video card is. My config says the same and my video card is a Radeon RX 5700. My game runs fine so far."
