This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions
Default Sudden graphics glitch on all lots

As of yesterday this is what my game looks like on any lot selected. When you are viewing whole town in edit town mode you don't see this. I've tried build/buy mode from edit town and live mode also, it's the same. I haven't installed any new CC- game was perfect prior. I have uninstalled/reinstalled game without expansions, no cc and I still get this. All of my other games look fine so not sure if it's a graphic card issue or not. But as precaution I did make sure drivers are up to date.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Try opening up ATI Catalyst Control Center, and clicking "Return to Factory Default", several other users have already posted similar issues and solved it. See the attached image below:

EDIT: since I see you already found the answer, I'm gonna close the thread.

Well I'm not sure where you got your graphics drivers but they are really out of date.

Also, that gpu is much newer than the rest of the computer. Did you remember to uninstall (not just pull out) the old graphics card from add/remove programs first? Did you upgrade the power supply too? The stock one is not strong enough.

Thx for the help, I did restore factory defaults and that seemed to resolve issue as game still runs fine (I do have older pc I upgraded the card and added more memory until full pc upgrade & power supply is next)
