All the poses you make are first non-pose list compatible, but if you have the pose pack creator, you can then make a pose pack with the poses you made
Though it can be time consuming to make a pose pack, since most of the time you need to get little images of your poses, and their codes.
If I'm not mistaken, this is the place to download the pose pack creator if you want to make your poses (if you make them) pose-list compatible:
