This is to replace the "rainbow" plagued Wolff's estate I believe.

Is it me, or I have seen 3 other uploads with similar, if not exact, house plan like this?
I work for a living, but I don't necessarily live for a working.

I gave up fighting the riddler tile problems with the Wolff Manor and downloaded this lot this morning. It's lovely! Thank you for not doing the house with a load of cc! LOL, I have cc in my game but avoid lots with long lists of it as I prefer to be in control of exactly what goes into my game. Thank goodness, too, for the Little Lotte program that allows us to replace the BV buff lost when replacing a home with it with a new downloaded lot!

This took *forever* to download.. but it was all worth it!
Edit: Does this require additional EP's or SP's to work? The Sims 3 launcher told me it has stuff I don't have...
