Thank you so much for this fabolous tool! Up to now it was no problem to change Sims3packs to packages, but there was no way compress miscellanous files to one Sims3pack. It's a real great job you've done!

I don't much undestand, It will not work before, or after game version 1.26? I have a lot of packages, it would be cool to have them installed to dbc format.

Hello, this tool seems pretty interesting for those who have no pb with sims3pack install, but I have myself a lot of trouble with those files on my game (on a Mac computer).

I was wondering: is it possible to do the contrary ? To transform Sims3Packs into Package files AND on a Mac computer ??? It would be so useful to me !!

Can this also work with "the Sims 2" based package files?

If i understand correctly, this program can be used only with a 1.26 patched game.

I can attest to the fact that it doesn't work if your game is patched up to 1.33. It's an awesome idea, I just wish I could use it.

This is such a great idea! Thank you! Would you consider updating the program to the newest patch level?

I have all ep's\sp's, and my game version is 1.33, so I will wait for some update to use it... But the idea is more than awesome! :D

This is a good idea, and a great alternative!

I just wish a tool could now be created so we could uninstall sims3packs/dbc/ebc files from the game/DCCache folder, without having to deal with the awful Launcher.

Only supported by patch 1.26? I guess there's a reason for that lol. Nice tool though, if I could use it. What's the point with nraas? It's not compatible?

Delphy's package extractor can make package files out of sims3pack. I wonder if the Dashboard can do the same ...?

Thanks Sakura4...really cool idea. With a bit of tweaking it would be very useful to many more users.

Volvenom: I think the creator is saying it should not be used with mods and such...just objects.

Does this mean that no Sims3Pack with Twallans mods work?
That would be a shame. A first test was unsuccessful.
Is to improve the compatibility possible?

Mods are mods, and objects are objects. NRaas mods are just an example to show, that no mods can be installed as sims3packs. It could be any mod mentioned, like NoMosaic or something.

Then I misunderstood. But I've tried a garment to convert into a Sims3Pack. The launcher does not install it. It requires a software update, so the message. But my game is up to date.

1.26 is the Pets patch, the one with the rig fix. If you're fully patched King Leo I think you have 1.33
