I like this apartment. The extra small rooms will be great to avoid noisy neighbors. I like your idea of the kitchen island using columns. cute

I have 2 people plus a dog and a roommate living in the far left end apartment. The Sims like the decorations and that there is a pool right outside. The garage of their own is a great plus for Fortune sims. Good job and thanks.
