Nice lot. Just wanted to let you know, FL1 and FL3 appear to be the same picture. I am rather curious what FL3 looks like. ...Fixed!

Fantastic lot! Just wanted to let you know that the third floor is inaccessible- the roof seems to be getting in the way of the stairs and my sims can't get up. Also, when I placed the lot, the basketball area had filled with water, and the water couldn't be removed. (Is there some sort of mod to fix this that I don't have? :0)
Love it tho. Will totally play with it regardless!
