:wave: Hey, another creation of mine. Here's a modern house w/ 3 stories, completely furnished.

Cost: $89,093 exactly. :hmm:
Lot size: 3 x 2 (Smallest)
Rooms: 8 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 living room, 1 recreation room)

No expansion packs needed, and there are no downloaded items in the game. Don't worry about extra downloaded things; it's just the lot, I cleaned it out with Sims2 Pack Clean Installer. :talk:

There 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one w/ a shower, toilet, mirror, and sink and the other with a tub/shower, toilet, mirror, and sink :Panda: ).

Other rooms include a kitchen/dining room, a living room (with fireplace, 2 sofas, a pinball machine and a stereo), and a rec room (which includes a tv, couch, game simulator, phone, workout machine, an easel, and a small stereo -whatever that is called).
