La Isla de Pools ~A 5x5 Community Lot

This furnished and decorated lot is fun and easy to play.

Of course, I have removed custom content, but feel free to add your own.

This lot was originally created to provide a romantic getaway for my cheating Sims... because of the layout they could always see who was coming. Hehe

The lot consists of four buildings:
Main Building: 2 floors Downstairs has a kitchen and bathroom
Upstairs has a game room with tv, lounge and bar
upper deck, piano and toys for the kids

Streetside Shop: Groceries, Magazines, Clothing

Cabin 1: 2 Floors each with a double bed, bathroom, and sitting area

Cabin 2: (My favorite) Double bedroom with fireplace and bathroom.

The whole lot is based on a huge naturalized pool separating the buildings.

Each cabin has an outdoor kitchen and eating area and outdoor shower.
Cabin 1 has an easel for your creative Sims. Please see the pictures for additional features, like the swings, diving boards, etc. Clean Installer was used to wash this file and there are no hacks.

I have all three EPs mentioned above; I don't know if they are necessary to play this lot. I built it early on so I think it could be used even with the base game.

I have a larger, improved version of this that I may upload in the future.
