A long overdue request fill for Rainyen.

Build notes:
414 IS BASE GAME COMPATABLE cost: 29,964
415 requires Uni, NL and OfB. cost: 152,088
Both are on a 3x2 lot.

I made some adjustments to the original plan, as well as uploading two versions of the property in order to meet quality standards. Because Rainyen asked that the cost of the house be between 20k and 30k I have uploaded a stripped bare version of the house and made an adjustment to the original floorplan. This house is base game compatable, and uses all maxis content. The home is furnished with the essentials. The adjustment to the floorplan was done to cut costs as well as use up space alloted for a garage that cannot be used. Instead of cutting out the garage, I cut out the master suite on the first floor and put it in the space for the garage. There is no landscaping on the exterior of the house except for terrain paints to indicate where simmies will be wanting to plant trees and bushes and flowers. I've also included a fully furnished and landscaped version, in order to meet site quality standards. Both houses use numenors unlevel wall hack, and the fully decked out house is shown with several recolors of things I simply could not find the creator information on. Due to this and several of the other recolors shown being disallowed for redistrobution by creaters, there are very few recolors included in the download. I tried to include all items that were non-maxis meshes were I could, so the shopping list should be short.

Now, onto the fun stuff!

Munki Properties Unlimited is proud to present 414 and 415 Old Willow Road!

414 Old Willow Road is a quaint three bedroom two and a half bath home, situated on a cozy three by two lot. This fantastic property comes with all the bare essentials of living for just under 30,000 simoleons! What a fantastic deal! Unfortunately there isn't much else to say about the property, other than to reiterate that for 29,964 simoleons, you get a full kitchen with furnished breakfast nook, a living room with actual furniture to sit on, a fully furnished bathroom, a double bed, and paint on all your walls. No ugly dry wall to be found in any space any sim could enter. It is to be noted that to remain within the set budget, no security system is included with this home. We are very sorry, and hope that you can provide yourself with one as soon as possible.

415 Old Willow Road is located just across the street and the floorplan is a mirror image of the previous property, and that is where the similarity ends. 415 comes will a bevy of daisies, the latest in fashionable furnishings, and a quiet secluded area with a nice relaxing jacuzzi. We start our tour with a view of the architect and her family showing the home. Here we have Gwen and her Husband outside, as well as a few exterior shots of the home.

Let's take a look inside shall we?

Here we see the main entry hall and stairs from various views.

The Family room, which comes with an extensive library, a piano, and seating is aranged around a central fireplace. Warm, cozy and relaxing!

Into the Kitchen, which is furnished with the most modern appliances, as well as stylish counters and cabinets, which were lovingly hand crafted by that ever amazing duo, MaryLou and Numenor.

From here we move past the half bath and into the lavishly decorated formal dining room. The fine china you see on display in those equisite cabinets is brought to you by crowridgestudios, simnuts 101, and Holy Simoly. The hand crafted cabinets were made by gromit. The lovely carpet gracing the floor is hand woven by Windkeeper at TSR, using Echo's mesh.

From the dining room, we move into the master suite, luxurously decorated by the talented folks over at Parsimonious. If you've not shopped there for your linens and furniture, you've not shopped at all! There are also a few accent pieces that were found at Holy Simoly. There are some fantastic items there to accent any home!

And up the stairs we go! First we have the 'blue room' which is furnished to fit todays aspiring college bound lovers of blue.

And into the 'pink room', furnished for the fairy tale loving child in all of us. Most of the furniture you see in here was restored from damaged antiques by the amazing talent at WDS.

And a few overhead shots to give you an idea of the layout and location of the bathrooms.

And to end our tour, a shot of that jacuzzi I mentioned...

Now, for a paltry 152,088 simoleons, all this splendor can be yours! This home comes fully furnished with most of what you see in the photos, unfortunately some of the items were on loan from various dealers in the decorating and furnishing industries throughout SimCity, but all these items can be found for the low low download cost of free, and Munki Properties Unlimited will be more than happy to provide you directions to their retail outlets free of charge, (where these directions can still be provided that is.) As always, this home comes equipped with a state of the art burglar alarm system on all exterior entrances to the property.

All flooring and wall paper, paint, stucco, and paneling is brought to you by the ever present Maxis conglomorate, as well as all plumbing and lighting. Some construction materials, furniture and linens were provided by outside contractors listed at the bottom of this advertisement.

We appreciate the time you've taken to look over this property, and if you should happen to purchase it, Munki Properties is always glad to receive pictures of your newly furnished homes for our quarterly newletter! Feel free to send them in as you please! Thanks again and happy househunting!

Custom Content NOT included:
(Some of this is required for the lot to show properly, all of it is freely available.)
- MaryLou and Numenor - Their counter culture modular kitchen set, including appliances and the multi junction. I did not include this because it's easy to get, and taking it out keeps the file size down.
WDS - Recolors from all three Fairy Tale Room sets, bed frame, desk, chair, end table, lamp, toy box, pictures and curtains.
Holy Simoly - Decorative plates, both the regular and the offset, and the recolors.
tsr - Windkeeper for a rug recolor.
Various vase, painting, tapestry and one rug recolor from All Over, including MTS2, TSR, WDS, The Exchange, small sites that no longer exist, and several others I simply could not identify. Because of this I've removed the recolors from the package.

And last but certainly not least, a big fat apology to Rainyen, I was supposed to have this up over a week ago and it's been delayed and delayed due to the huge pain it's been trying to get permission to distribute some of the recolors, finding original creators for some of the recolors I've subsequently had to remove from the package, and other general headachey stuff. I am SO SORRY this has taken so long. I'm also very sorry I couldn't find/get permission from creators to include all the recolors and what not.
