Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Hutch6344 sent me an e-mail with a picture of the front of a house asking I build it. At first I thought, "sweet, a request!" so I agreed and asked for the blueprints of the home. There were none, at least none Hutch6344 knew of. So I asked what the site was that he'd found the picture at. He didn't know. So I was stuck with one picture to work from and I usually don't like large homes or when I have to let my creative juices flow, it hurts. But I sucked it up and tried it out. And here's the result which I'm so proud of:
This house has:
- 4 bedrooms and 2,5 baths
- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)
- style: not sure, guessing european
The house even has a side double garage:
And there's a little stone patio with a fireplace connected to the master bedroom!
All kinds of comments are welcome.

I'm also sorry for the size of the file, I really wish it were smaller!
