The Spice Rack: Part IX: Tarragon Eaves: "My First Family Home"

Hi all! Ill today, so I spent some time making new houses. This is Tarragon Eaves, a perfect little house for a couple who need to move out of their first home to make room for the soon-to-be-arriving kids!

I took loads more care with landscaping this lot than others, I thought the house needed a perfect garden

The lot has a large garden with a pond which can be used for fishing if you have seasons, and some trees, bushes and flowers for the kids to play in, and the adults to prune

It's 2-storey, the first floor has an entry-way, 2 bedrooms, a garage, workshop and a small bathroom:


and the second floor has the master suite [bathroom, walk-in closet and actual bedroom], lounge with fireplace and t.v, bathroom, small toilet, kitchen and dining room. As usual, all rooms are fully furnished.


With this lot, I decided to include as little CC as possible, as you can see there is only 1 custom wall, 1 custom floor, 3 custom terrain paints, and a fence included.
