Italian Villa's are so beautiful and luxurious. I have always wanted to live in one, but alas, as a regular person with limited funds I can only dream. But my sims don't have to :-)

This Italian Villa is a composite of different mansions and villa's that I have seen pictures of over the years. I have included a lovely water garden that can your sims can swim in if you'd like.

I have tried my best to get a full picture of the lot from the front, but it is so large and detailed that it was impossible to do without being too far away and showing too much street. :-)

The Overhead pictures show a good view of this mansion.

This lot is unfurnished so that downloaders can exercise their creativity will all the beautiful custom content found on modthesims.

I have fully landscaped the lot and I hope that you all love what I've done here.

As always I want to thank all the member of the modthesims community. This site is such a wonderful place for us all to exercise our creativity and share.
