A multilevel house with underground garage. Find the perfect family retreat in this cottage inspired house. But don’t let the peaceful exterior fool you: let the inside unveil before your eyes. Four floors and a lot of steps may not be the ideal place for an old couple, but for a growing family, space is very important.

Exterior
This corner-lot house features an underground garage (it has a slope driveway for access), a pool, a gazebo and a lake. In the upstairs deck there’s a BBQ and access to the sunroom from the master suite.

Main floor
In the main floor, when entering, we have the kitchen at the left, very spacious with an island and breakfast nook and a built-in fridge. At the right, the living room and the dining (in the window on the living room, to put the objects, I used Qbuilderz “Acrostacking” tutorial, see Additional Credits). We also have the master bedroom with a bathroom and the sunroom.

Basement
The basement has access to the exterior. In there we have the garage, the game room and the bar. And in a retracted space the home theatre.

Attic
Finally, the upper floor, the attic. This is a 2-level attic. In the first floor we have the study and the children bedrooms: a nautical one for a boy and a fairytale for two girls. The rooms may not be that big, but that’s when the 2nd level comes in handy: the “circular” stairs take you to the play room, a place just for the kids .

About the location, my game it’s not in English, so I’m not sure about the exact name of the street, but it should be something like 12 Sims Lane, in Sunset Valley (corner lot).
