Ah, Mari Clobber Shoes, still famous in the world today. This old factory was the birthplace of a dream..and one womans child, but back to the topic, In 1927 during the height of the great depression a young but bright Simtalin immigrant to the new world started a new shoe company, and built this small but effective factory. Forty years later, in 1967, the company needed to expand so a new factory was built out of the city, and the former Mari Clobber factory was turned into a shoe warehouse. Then, in the 1980's, the company added on to the new factory with a full scale warehouse and sold the old factory, now warehouse, to a buyer who died less then a week after buying it. The lot, then set empty and abandoned until three years ago when a young couple bought it and started coverting it to their home. But alas, their family grew with the birth of twins a year ago and since then the house has been sitting on the market. When you first see it you will most likely notice the stepping of the house and the small but lovely garden.
Although the house is small, it is nicely done and has a great flow to it between the kitchen, dining, and living area.
The second floor houses another bedroom, a small nook and the main bathroom, which has high end fixtures and two sinks. 
The third and final level contains a loft master bedroom. With the views from this floor and all the openess from being a loft, any homeowner would love this space..well maybe not any, but most. 
There is also the option on whether to buy the house furnished or unfurnished.
