Hello everyone, this is my first sims 2 upload in a while, and it comes in the form of a Spanish Villa, or Retreat.
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, and decking area which looks out over the pound over which the house is built.
It costs $77,034 and is on a 2x2 lot.
