So this house was requested awhile ago but due to person reasons and work, i have not been able to work on it as much as i would have liked (also i'm a bit OCD and wanted this house to look FABULOUS which i believe i may have succeded). But anyway, without further ado i give you Victorian Estate!
If you are interested, the original house picture is here
So on the first floor you have a dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, living room with a TV, living room with a fireplace, library, 2 half-baths, the master bedroom and the master bathroom, and a 2 car garage. Big, right?!
On the second floor there are 6 bedrooms (when i decorated i did two different styles and copied them for the six bedrooms) and 5 bathrooms with a littly study area.
The back yard has a swimming pool, 4 swings (yes that may be more then necessary but seriously, 6 kids and only 2 swings, seems unfair to me :P), a slip-n-slide and sandbox (for those who have Generations), and a bbq area.
That's the main tour! I hope you all enjoy this house as i really put a lot of effort into it.
Extra info
I tested this house, once with a family of 8 to make sure they weren't running over eachother, and again with only one sims to run around and make sure everything was usable.
All but one sink upstairs is unusable due to the bedside table underneith it (It's a Outdoors stuff pack bedside table underneith it so if you don't have it maybe it won't show up *shurg*).
In the master bedroom, both dressers are unusable due to the mirror being inside them.
Out side the library there is a chess table. The seat closest to the stairs is unusable due to the placement of the chess table.
These are all easy fixes but I didn't change them because I liked the way they look and there were other sinks, dressers, and another chess table that the sims can use instead.
Also, it's not essental to this house but i would deffinitly recomend getting the Ivy Tower (see CC list for link) for the full effect in the what i like to call "secret garden". Don't worry it's for free :P
As this house sits in the mod q, i'm going to be making a basegame, no cc, version of this house because that's how it was actually requested lol.
I tried not to use a lot of cc but there's some stuff that i just need to make this house a Victorian. Here is the list:

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
