The Alora is a tiny modern home, that's right not house —home. It was built for a young couple, individual Sim, or a retired couple looking to settle down in a modern environment yet affordable and is cheaper in the long-run.
When buying the house, it may seem a bit expensive at a cost of §63,696 (§13,783) but after a week or so, you'll start to realise that the solar panels and wind turbine seem to make a really big difference in your bills and this is why it is eventually cheaper!
THE LOW DOWN:
▼YARDS:
• In the front yard I haven't placed a lot just to keep the simplicity of the house but it features a recycling bin, as well as a normal bin just to keep down the costs. There are also tyre tracks to fit the wheels of your car but you'll notice that the Renault doesn't fit! The reason why is because I used a normal car to draw the tracks so if you want to change the car that's already there to a, may I say, more expensive vehicle.
• In the back yard you may notice the pond that is surrounded by lovely cattails other assortment of plants. There is also a nice bench and a sundeck to bathe in the Sun's rays. There is a miniature zen garden and a wind turbine.
▼INDOORS:
• In the foyer/lounge I was kinda stuck on what to do with it. I knew I needed a livingroom but I also wanted a foyer with a fireplace; at that point I decided to put them together so that the fireplace warmed up both the dining room and the lounge which would them be placed off at the corner of the room.
• The bedroom I am very proud of actually. It has beautiful black brick walls, a silver bed, silver end tables, a full length mirror, and of course a lightly coloured wood dresser with makeup palette and perfumery on top.
• The bathroom isn't very interesting but it does have a black bath and black toilet.
• The kitchen is also black and is actually of a reasonable size. It has lots of accessories!
Lot size: 10x10
Lot price: §63,696(Furnished)/§13,783(Unfurnished)
CONTENT USED:
• Renault Eco Pack from EA Store
That's basically it really.
NOTE: The Alora is for MTS & that's MTS only.
Lot Size: 1x1
Lot Price: 13,783/63,696

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
