Modern 'Wow' Pool Villa

It's okay, I will let you all gawk at this amazing pool. Oh yes, I know you probably aren't, you're just thinking oh look, another sim house. But really, come on, if this house were real, wouldn't you just love to go to a pool party here or something?

This time around, I wanted to make a house with a massive pool. Yes I know, lots of modern houses have pools. Most all of them. But how many have massive pools with loads of room?

It has (and I'm just talking about the first level outdoors!)

-6 lounge chairs
-a Late night bar (one inside too!)
-large table
-grill
-couch
-chess
-2 speakers (they blend in, but you probably can see them if you look)
-fire pit*
-hot tub*

*While you can't see these items in this first picture, they are there, to the left. You can see a picture of them in my photos.

So yes, clearly this house is ideal for a sim that would love to throw some pool parties.



As you can see, I have a small fountain in the front, and a carport for two carts (I don't include the cars in the price of the house).



With a house this big, you can expect there to be many ameneties. And that assumption is correct, let me tell you!

-3 bedrooms (not that many for such a big house, but you can always change one of the rooms into a bedroom
-4.5 bathrooms (that small space on the first floor was just the perfect place for a half bath! I usually dont add half baths unless there is a place for one)
-Late night bar inside (as well as the outside one)
-telescope on second floor balcony
-cat room
-large laundry room
-family room and living room
-kitchen table and dining table
-gym
-study

I hope I didn't forget anything! Two of the bedrooms are for adults due to their double bed holding capacity (LOL), and the other one is intended for a kid. It has a lot of toys in there!

I colored the house mostly with white, black, and tans/creams. I put a little more color into the kids room since hello, kids love color. Or at least I always have!

-Pets (if you want the cat room, otherwise I used little items, you can make the room a hobby room or something instead
-ambitions (for washing and some lighting fixtures
-I also used high end loft stuff

Optional:

-World Adventures (I pretty much just used like one palm tree xD)
-generations (just a few items, mostly in the kid room)
-seasons (a few pieces of furniture)
-university (I used just a few pieces, and the hampers from it but you can use the ambitions hamper)

I really didn't want to add CC into this upload, but I needed those windows so I could put them in between my floors on the partial floor things whatcha-call-thems.
