Parents and Children Spa-park
There is an underground level. 4 floors in total.

The lot was conceived as a place of rest, where both adults and children will find something for everyone, everything will be interesting and fun, where sims can relax their body and soul.

Originally I was building the Park in Newcrest, starting with an underground level, with entertainment for children, but then I added many objects for the Spa...

So, visiting the lot, you will see a 3-storey structure. Through the transition at the top it is connected with the building on the right.

The сentral park design are the platforms surrounding the cypress trees in the center.

On the lower level of the park, your sims will be able to soak in the jacuzzi, admire the flower bed with fountains, to meditate, to do yoga with an instructor and watch a movie in a small theatre in the open air.

In the side building there are showers, toilets, rooms with the lockers for changing into a bathrobe/towel, sauna.

On the roof of this building there is a grill, a fridge, and a few tables under canopies.
The roof can only be reached by the transition from the top floor of the central park construction.

At the second level of the central construction there are benches, 2 chess tables, massage tables, as well as a tray of drinks, stick with the spices.

On the upper floor you will see 2 helicopters (enlarged toys), and the stairs (gym facilities) for children.

What is the underground level, which had started the construction of the lot?

The station for children`s aircrafts/flying devices. Little sims will be able to play the conquerors of heaven

Walls simulate the sky, where there is a golden sun-decoration (for daytime), and windows with lamps - imitation of stars for night.
The floor under the 3 airships/spaceships also simulates the sky.

But the little discoverers (and accompanying parents) need to relax and have a snack, isn't it?
So here is the "station" where there is a bar, a fountain and a tray for drinks and an ice-cream maker. There are tables with chairs and 2 dollhouses.

Therefore, conquering the sky - look back: you will be welcomed by the station on the lawn with flowers...

But through the door in the fence of the station you can go... in the sky.

Select your Library (you can press F4)
and choose the new lot (PARENTS AND CHILDREN PARK)
to place over any existing lot.
