Inspired by Ex EddieB's house for the Sims 3. Best I could do without terrain elevation and noconstrainfloorelevation. Fully furnished & landscaped. 1-bedroom, 3-bath, gourmet kitchen, study, gym, patio with pool, garden, large entertainment area & parking spaces for CC cars (not included).

NOTE: I have a CC version that I personally play with exotic cars, walk In showers & closet, cooler window coverings and nicer cabinets but the extras are all CC. If there are enough requests I'll post it. In the future I may adapt the property to a 40x30 plot with less front and sides.

Lot Size: 50x40
Lot Price (furnished): 247,000
Lot Price (unfurnished): 92,000 (If you use this option, you will lose the fountains, firepit, garden, hot tubs, etc...)
