Hi everyone!
I said in my journal I wanted to attempt to make a mansion... I'm not sure this quite counts, but it's surely a huge house! With that said, welcome to Marigold Meadows!



This house was based on a photo I saw online, which was actually a photo from a house plans website! I didn't use the plans, but I did copy the style of the house. Click here to view the plans!

As for how I planned the rooms, here is the floorplan:



As you come in through the front door, to your left is the living room and to the right the dining room. If you carry on straight, you come to a second reception room which currently houses a grand piano. Heading back to the dining room, carrying on leads you to the kitchen, and then on to a small corridor. To the right is bedroom one and two, two rooms designed for children, one decked out in pink and the other blue. At the bottom of this corridor is a small office with computer. To the left of the corridor is an indoor pool, and off of that is a shower room with toilet for use with the pool.



Heading back to the hallway and up the stairs, you come to the upstairs hallway. To the front of the upstairs is the Master bedroom, complete with master bathroom with clawfoot bath. To the right of the hallway is bedroom 3, and also the family bathroom complete with four-piece suite.

Out the back of the house is a decked area, with bbq and seating.

This house was built with no CC, but was built with the cheat 'bb.moveobjects on' so make sure that cheat is active before you place the lot!
