Fixed!
I didn't realize you needed GTW for it to appear in your game, I tried to fix it but I was having trouble with getting the textures right because I had no idea about composition methods. I apologize that it took so long, I'm not really an expert at making cc! Thank you for your patience!

An updated version of the Winter Soldier arm I made in 2016! This one has way better textures and has a metal shine. It can be found in the Left Upper Arm tattoo category and is available for teen-elder and all genders! Some clothing cc are not compatible, so I added a "No Shine" version if you prefer that. I personally like the normal shine because it is more realistic and choose clothing that aren't affected by it.

Texture credits goes to Mo Moussa, costume artist for "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" movie. Thank you for sharing your work!

UPDATE!:
Thank you so much for the feedback, and a lot of people requested a plain version so I added that, now can recolor it to add your own symbols in the arm or if you just want to make a sim with a cool metal arm without unintentionally cosplaying as the Winter Soldier. There are two new files in the .rar file one for the plain one and one for the vibranium version, they both HAVE the shine. I updated the "NO SHINE" .package file, it has all three of the arm textures are together so if you only like that put that in your Mods folder! If you only prefer the classic arm (red star) then you don't need to download this one! (but if you want more options then you should definitely get it)These were all tested in-game and they work the same as the previous arm!

Also thank you so much, llazyneiph for helping me with the specular maps!
