I was looking for somewhere new to live after renting and looked at a house on Bay View Drive but when I looked it seemed rather drab and old, so I decided to do it up a bit, modernize it and give it its own identity (hence the rename of Bay View Bungalow). Put some extensions on it and made it new, fresh and exciting, a place where Sims would enjoy living.
Ideal for a couple looking for a place to move to once money has been coming in after living in their first home or renting. It could also be used by a small family (one room could easily be made into a small bedroom for a child).
One of the extensions I put on would be ideal for a gym, so if you have a job in the forces this would be a great place to live. Of course it could be used as something else if you wish.
Simple basic furnishings included
Fully tested and run through the cleaning installer fine.
This is my first mod, so be gentle and enjoy playing.
