A compact home ideal for single sims or couples. I highly recommend placing trees around this lot to get the full experience!









As you can see I kept the furnishings minimal in an attempt to keep the cost of the lot down (for my fellow simmers who enjoy playing the game by the rules ). You can find all your very basic necessities from the smoke alarm to the trash can.
