Please read! --> It came to my attention that if you install this lot without having Numenor's "CEP" Color Enable Package (which you can find here: https://modthesims.info/d/92541) installed, all of the back windows will be recolored red instead of black. However, it is an easy fix and you can simply recolor the windows manually and the lot will still work perfectly regardless. Nonetheless, I highly recommend you download the Color Enable Package as it is a super useful tool for your game (: Thank you!

I designed this lot with the intention of it being for a single, bachelor sim (with a whole lot of simoleons ). However, there's plenty of space in the basement that can easily be converted into a few bedrooms! Along with the eye-catching architecture there is so much to love about this home. I wanted it to be flexible, for whatever aspiration your sim has, and spacious enough to grow with your sim!
