A humble offering - a makeover of Doc Alan's Hangout in the lot bin.

Doc Alan, whoever he may be, has for some reason caused his lot to be placed in all my hoods. Over the years, I would made some quick changes in between play sessions and then forget about it.

While spicing up my Uni hood, I thought that it may be time to do a proper makeover of this lot, since it could be a fun place for students to visit.

As it is more aimed at fun than at anything else, Doc Alan's now has two pool tables, a better bar, two card tables, 2 chess tables, a DJ booth for dancing, some exercise equipment outside and a proper fishing pond. There are also 3 bathrooms with showers, because showers are needed after exercising.

The lot was cleaned and compressed with tools by Chris Hatch. A copy was play tested and everything works well.

A quick look. There are pics of the old lot attached as well.

New bar

A BBQ for food

A fishing pond. There are some lights hidden under the plants, so it will not be dark there at night.

And hopefully a bit better-looking all around.

I hope some of you will enjoy the lot!

I used no cc for this build, but do have some default items in my game:

Roof trims by Honeywell :
Ceiling Default Replacement by Honeywell :
Concrete wall replacement by Maranatah :
Wall top texture replacement by Maranatah :
White Floor Edge Replacement by Feenwald

I recommend the following mods, if you want them:

Sweet Low Down by HugeLunatic (it does help to keep the wall hangings looking light and colorful when they are moved up and down) here:

and the autonomy tweaks by iCad for the career reward objects are here (they do make the lot livelier)

Lot Size: 5x3
Lot Price (furnished): 129,416
