I for the life of me can not figure out where I've used - i. strangerville ii. my first pet stuff iii. bowling night stuff iv. movie hangout stuff and v. perfect patio stuff 
I've looked through the house 3 times but couldn't find what items i used from them, im so sorry, if you don't have those packs its perfectly fine, since im sure it was just some minor items not worth noticing  
DESCRIPTION
a cozy tudor mansion with a unique mix of traditional and modern interior, yet it feels lived in enough to make it perfect for a family home! this house is also filled with many skill based items! 
there is also a guest house/wing which comes with its own kitchen bathroom dining. it can also be rented out to a roommate! 
there is also a completely empty room which you can use however you see fit

WHAT KIND OF FAMILY IS THIS HOUSE SUITED FOR? 
I built this house for the "fyres" family that originally resided in the 64x64 lot in the "dresden" district in windenburg, i wanted to have a royal mansion there and so i moved them to them somewhere else and built them this manor, since this is built for the fyres family, there are rooms catered towards their interest, 
i. the recreation room and greenhouse is for moira fyres, she loves nature and is collector,
ii. music recording studio and the office is for dominic fyres, he loves music and by default, he is an entertainer, i imagine him to make music as well. 
HOWEVER 
this house can be used for ANY family you want, its just easier when im building houses for people with a personality in mind/catered towards their particular needs!
