I made this house inspired in some architeture here in Brazil. The 1st bathroom shower can prove that ahaha. Is very simple and can be expanded for you sim needs. The garden provides a great grill space and can build a pool too. The left side can be great for a car. Be creative. Thanks =D

Ps: I recommend using Sims2Pack Clean Installer by Mootilda to have a cleaner and fast install.
