European Townhouse with Beach - 2 Versions lot - No CC

This is one of the Maxis houses available in the building plot to install in the neighborhood, this lot offers what is known for the community, a kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor, on the second floor a large room, a bathroom and a small balcony, it is one of the smallest plots in terms of construction and because of that I wanted to offer it in smaller versions of the beach lot compared to the original.the lot size of the lots was modified with the Mootilda's toolLot Adjuster and the two lots have the same plan of plants but different area of land and beach.

This lot was created on the Charm Island neighborhood template but it can work in any neighborhood that has a road close to the water and on a low slope.
This lot was tested and placed in various neighborhood templates to test its performance.
You must be aware that when it comes to beach lots, these are uneven terrain that modifies the terrain of the neighborhood.

this lot file was saved in the Sims 2 Bon Voyage, if you have these expansions of the game or higher, you can download and install this content.

the beach lot and must be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can download and use one of my map templates or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.
