A small campus with a lot of heart, Simmington State is home to the brightest Sims of our time. Whether it's grabbing a cup of coffee with your dorm mates, throwing a raging bonfire at Bonfire park, or studying quietly at the grand library, this little campus has everything your sims could ever need!



So I edited and completely remade the original University world. Made it a lot smaller and condensed, like a real campus. Originally this was going to just be for my own private use but I've decided to share it. I put in more realistic dorms, two are on high rise buildings and two are in university shells. I tried to go for realism in this world as much as I could. I am not the most talented builder, I have my own quirky style so it may not be for everyone. I hope you guys enjoy it.

This is a University World replacement, not a regular world. You cannot visit this world unless enrolled in University and you cannot make it a home world. (see installation instructions for more details)

Game Requirements:
All EPs. Mainly Base Game, Ambitions, Late Night, and University Life.
Very minimal store content required- Buzzer Beater Free Throw Machine & Rim Rockin' Basketball Hoop
Number of layers:
4, (Global, Game Objects, Trees, Lots)
Terrain Paints:
5 Terrain Paints- Grass, Dirt, Sand, Asphalt, and Sidewalk. None are more than 8 per chunk.
Routing:
Mountain like area is non routable for sims and camera. I tried to keep just the main campus the only area of routing.
Spawners:
Base Game, University Life, and Night Life Seeds, Metal, Fish, and Insect Spawners all around the world.
Lots:
4 Dormitories, 12 residential lots, 1 fraternity, 1 sorority.
15 Community Lots
7 Original University Rabbitholes

Misc Lot Info:
There are callboxes outside of each dorm because visiting other dorms can be tricky since I built them inside of shells. So instead of trying to click inside the shell just use the call box.

Installation:
You must follow these instructions or the world will not show up as intended.

First go to the folder where you have The Sims 3 University installed. (Example: Program Files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\University Life for Disc Version OR Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\EP9 for Origin Version.)
Then go to GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds.
**VERY IMPORTANT** Back up the Sims University.world file by either copying it somewhere else or renaming it. This is the original University world.
Now install the Sims 3 pack that you downloaded from me. Once the world is installed go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\InstalledWorlds. Find "Sims University.world" and copy it.
Now take the Sims University.world file you just copied and put it in The Sims 3\University Life\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds Remember to back up your original Sims University.world file.
Place the CC folder into your mods.
Now start up your game and send your sim to uni!
