"Go To College" Want Satisfied Before Growing Up

With this mod, a teen who has gone to college satisfies their Go to College want (and boosts their aspiration level) right before growing up to young adult. Originally, it happens after growing up.

If you have the Growing Up Wants Panel mod installed, this change makes it easier for teens growing up to get a want slot or a lock, or to avoid getting a fear slot.

Use the regular version of the mod unless the instructions in the conflicts section say otherwise.
Use only one version at a time.
Update (28 Nov 2024): Fixed compatibility with the game versions older than Pets. Added a semester changes version compatible with Semester Changes by Cyjon.
