Tenement District - 2 of 4- Cafe and Street Bazaar

Tenement District is my series of builds where you can find 4 lots to play with. I wanted to make them classical and look good with each other set next to each.
In every upload of the series you can find the "All in one" file with all 4 lots inside, or you can download them separately.

Cafe and Street Bazaar is a community lot where your sims can visit a stylish coffee shop and a street bazaar with variety of goods to buy. The whole lot is classic styled with fake flats to decor the place, like a rabbit hole from TS3/4.

Lot description:

"An old tenement was renovated into a cafe shop. There is also a large plaza where SimCity allows citizens to make a street bazar."

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftible Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Community Skills Mod (Comm-skilling) (There are a lot of objects on this lot, where your sims can learn skills, so I recommend this mod to make them actually gain points.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
