This compact home, besides having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, includes:

- game room
- garage
- small garden with a pool and barbecue area
- double-story foyer
- dining room
- lift that connects all the levels
- jacuzzi on the rooftop
- dressing room
- study
- butler’s kitchen
- salon with a bar kitchen and a coffee station

The lot was playtested. Furnished only with Maxis objects. During the building, I used terrain paint and bedding replacements. To place some items, I used the Shiftable Everything mod.
