Mod The Sims - "Modern Dream House", a maxis promo image, my replica is now availabe to download!

Ok, my first ever upload. So please bear with me! Ever remember that screenshot of that large house before the release of the game? A promotional image? Well, some of you might have seen already on the other board in the building forum, (where there is also more pictures of my replica) but here is the fully furnished house! I matched up the furniture as much as possible from the ORIGINAL picture, and it costs around $70,000. Please tell me your views, and maybe rate it. Oh, and id like to say thank you to all the other members who replied to my thread in the building forum, for their encouragement. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 are child decorated, but i find it a good house for roomates to party all night!
