jman93, I really like the house, it looks so modern and chic.

So as people have probably guessed, i love building small modern homes,
i figure its easy to make awesome large homes that a very interesting but its a lot harder to create an eye catching small home,
i believe the outside is just as important as the inside, your furniture should look like it belongs and is meant to be there


therefore i would love to see some of yours,
what have you got?

This is part of Hilltop Court (number 3 to be exact), in my 2nd (or is it 3rd) reincarnation of The Suburbs. It is home to the Hugo-Sidhu family! Notice the awesome lighting, thank you MATY! Also, this is based off of a real floorplan.

Nice house, but wrong section.

This is the outside of Leod McGreggor's house and barn after I gave it a makeover.



I don't have very much custom content, so everything you see is all Maxis...but I thought it seemed very cottage-like.

Some new houses from me:

The Temple of Isis and Osiris -- I think I may have posted a pic of this a long time ago but I've been revising it quite a bit -- more pics at LJ (link below)

There are a couple of homes I am working on right now...

The first home is NOT done, shown by the lack of landscaping. I do the landscaping last.




The second home is 1377 Mill Street-- my favorite I've build with the Sims 3. Not only is the landscaping over-the-top (but I like it ;]), I also love the actual home. It's my absolute fav.

So this is one i have been working on.

this is my favorite house and this is my dream house that i would love to live in when i build my own home

I made over the Pleasant's house. I really didn't change that much, but I did add a porch around the whole exterior of the house. I also built a large gazebo in the yard to take up some of the unused space. I think decorating their house is the most time I have ever spent on the outside of a single house!
