Graduation looms and she's not sure what she's going to do with her life, but if she's got her bass she doesn't need to think about that now.

Jennifer Ryan, the new waitress at Garden of Eatin' (the only restaurant in all of Area 50.5, let alone Strangetown), has a blandish face but is redeemed by her awesome hair, which the management will not be so crass as to make her bundle away in a net.

Natasha Casa checks herself out and likes what she sees, in spite of Papi's unreasonable restrictions. He'll never notice that little bit of lip gloss - but she knows its there and it makes her feel bold.

Harriet Ottomas plays the drums for her visiting sister-in-law's cat, Galore.

Mitchella Curious and her new Aunt Monica bond over a spooky movie while discussing all the recent changes in her family.

Mary Ann Hawkins, the most popular girl at Drama Acres High School, decides a new look is called for. The first night she's allowed to take the car, she drives all the way downtown - alone - and gets a professional consultation at Lily's House of Transformation. Poodle skirts no more!

Emboldened by her new look, Mary Ann picks up the guitar that's been gathering dust since her big brother left for college. Golden Boy's on academic probation, and if Mary Ann wants to rock, she's gonna rock! (Besides, he never said in so many words not to touch it, or anything...)

Crystal Curious, her oldest daughter Ruby Subject, Ruby's younger sister Uncanny Valley Grunt, and Ruby's sister-in-law/Uncanny's best friend Grimhild Beaker shop the Garbage Sale while Jodie Larson digs up some new merchandise.



Uncanny thinks Grimhild's dirty jokes are hilarious. (While Grimhild's torch for Uncanny has long since burned out -- unlike her twin brother Test's crush on his similarly-unattainable friend Surt Beaker -- I still sometimes wonder what could have been, had Uncanny not rolled "custom hair" as a turn-off as a teen. Not that Grimhild and Siggeir aren't adorably awesome together, nor that Uncanny and Tank aren't a great match.)



In Widespot, Dora Ottomas decided to open a hair salon. It's not the guaranteed income that substitute teaching/tutoring brought in, but she's enjoying it a lot more. And when her little pilotfish granddaughter Sharla asked for the same hair-do, she hair-did!

HCAC: is that a "big girl" skin or..what..clothes?

Yes, they are!
I've been experimenting with recoloring and adding textures again. If I get decent at it, I may upload some if the site "wants" them.

I've seen some "fat family" (skins) here, and a few clothes. Even though I would like these (and some muscle men) there is just not enough clothes.

Grammapat, do you ever go on other sites or do searches? If you have a specific mesh you like, chances are you can find a decent amount of clothes for them. You may have to do a WCIF or hunt around a bit? For the Momma Lisa mesh (kind of a bigger lady) there are quite a few meshes/clothes. OneBlondeMomma is a name to search for re: this mesh size for clothing.

Anyhow, this is best suited to a WCIF so I will end here as not to annoy people looking for photos, not advice. You can always PM me if you need more help finding something.

Jane goes for a stroll 'round her parents' yard with stray wolf Belle. Belle is one of three Strangetown wolves named Belle, all of which are white. And each of the three Belles can't stand the other ones.

Io Leong: She's the youngest of a set of quadriplets, and is also the only quad who has alien features WITH normal sim skin. After marrying her high school sweetie, she gave birth to a set of triplets. (They honestly look nothing like her *thank God*).


Cyllene *green girl* and Thebe: Io's older sisters. Cyllene is technically the eldest of the quadruplets, followed by their brother Calliso, and then Thebe and Io. Cyllene married her childhood friend Tanav and together they have four sons and a daughter. Thebe on the other hand never married, but has a daughter (by her own cousin's EX-fiancee sad to say).


Kiicha Hopi: Just recently graduated college. Once worked in an off campus Gentleman's club known as, 'The Naughty Minx'


Fuyumi Hisakawa: Strict yet loving parent (and now grandmother) who enjoys reading and playing on the stupid glitched piano outside her apartment. *secretly frustrated*

A couple of my favourite Sims. Excuse the very pink livingroom, it's the set for a story. You can see parts of the house owner in the corner.

My latest sim, Laura

Colette Kimbrell, 3rd gen Legacy heiress. She's an adult now, expecting twins.

I usually feature more than one sim per post, but today I think I'll make an exception.

This is Aimee Imaginary. She is... well.. imaginary. You know how on Ts3 children are able to interact with a little friend no one else can see? Well I did the same thing for my sim.. sort of. Long story short, I hated playing one particular household because there was only one child born to the couple and I wanted to keep it that way (to prevent overpopulation). Little Maggie (aforementioned child) had friends who occasionally came over, but that wasn't enough, so I pretty much created a kid her age and moved her onto the lot. As fa as actual gameplay goes, other sims can and WILL interact with her, but for story purposes I don't let them. Maggie is supposed to be the only person who can see, talk, or feel her. Aimee usually only shows up whenever Maggie is feeling lonely or bored and needs a friend. She has been in the family since childhood and has grown with Maggie over the years (though she didn't attend college with her).


Aimee is the only fantasy sim residing in Strangetown (well unless you count townie vampires or aliens). She still holds most of Maggie's childlike innocence, and sometimes gets frustrated with Maggie as an adult (Adult Maggie doesn't like riding bikes or playing with stuffed animals anymore)


She shows up to greet Maggie on her wedding day (and even photobombs one of the family pictures)


.... And even shows up at one of the housewarming parties. Like any child, she can be mischievous.

I totally didn't expect Marla Biggs to change into these undergarments upon becoming an adult...and I like it! Very suitable for the Monty wife she will be....omigosh, those shoes! Adorable, aren't they?

Ginevra Hawkins and Sarah Ruben got off to kind of a rocky start when Ginevra pledged Tri-Var.

But they have a lot in common, and were soon getting along just fine. "Okay, now it's time for your official Tri-Var makeover!"
"Membership comes with a makeover?"
"Sure. It's tradition!"

Ginevra was kind of dubious about letting somebody else mess with her hair, especially when Sarah got out the bottle of dye, but - "That's - it's kind of like my hair is letting people know I'm not taking things too seriously right now, without my having to say anything! And it matches my t-shirt!"

Ginevra then tackles the problem of the Late Ivy Copur, who was initially reluctant. She had, after all, already had her own Tri-Var makeover, ages ago. But since then she's died, haunted, been resurrected, and come out of the closet. She's changed a lot, and her hair should, too. Ginevra promises to leave her enough hair to hide behind, and keeps her word.

Bella Goth loves playing cards, and often can't resist posing as Lady Luck.


Stella Roth, by contrast, adores talking on the telephone and throwing parties. Combining the two by planning parties over the phone is even better!

Ok so it works but how can i make them bigger like all the rest?

In my case, the only way I could get bigger pictures was to change from Photobucket to Flickr. I don't know what the difference is between some Photobucket accounts - some people get to control the size of their pictures when posting to newsgroups, and some can't. If you can figure it out, please share the information!

Dove Hawkins karaokes like she means it - because she does!

Sharla Ottomas went down to the new beauty store in Strangetown, (Comb Up and See Me Sometime, Jessie Pilferson, Prop.) and she thinks her new teen makeover is very sophisticated and classy.

Her mother Samantha has also submitted herself to Jessie's magic chair, and bonds with Mary Gavigan (here to upgrade from home perm to pro) while waiting for Sharla to finish.

Next door at 60ish Road to Nowhere, Jasmine Worthington's new entertainment venue, Monica Bratford Curious is cheerfully philosophical about Jessie's slip-up when dealing with her pregnancy hair as she cheers on DJ in her conquest of the slopes. Monica is all about female solidarity - especially while she's pregnant.

When the going gets desperate, the desperate get going. Love Potion's some chance of escape from Miranda's out-of-hand family, hopefully on the arm of a rich man...and Daddy's disapproval only makes it more tempting.

I recreated the Alto family from TS3 for my story some time ago but haven't gotten around sharing any pics. So I present thee; the beautiful Vita Alto.





I have to say that I'm pretty proud of the way she turned out, I'm sure she isn't identical but I like her a lot

I got a little bored the other day and started messing around in CAS. By the end of it, I had three young women who were just bursting with personality. At first they were solely created as a band that I would feature in one of my stories, but I clumsily fell in love with them.



First we have Sukoji... She's a quiet young woman who really wants to see this band take off. She's got a LTW of making 100k, so she's going to have to strive hard if she ever wants this band to bring in the big money. I don't have official titles for any of them, but she seems to have taken a liking to the keyboard.


Roxyy is the spontaneous one. She's got a magnetic personality and makes friends very easily. Her LTW is to become a Rocl God. Also, it seems that she's got a knack for singing, but it isn't her only musical talent. Like her roommate Aggie, she too can play the guitar.


Aggie is a pretty level-headed girl, but her temper causes her to sometimes rub her roomies the wrong way. Of course they pay it no mind, since they have to rely on each other to make their way to stardom. Aggie is a firm believer in spirituality and enjoys building on broken cars on the side. She can play the guitar, but her skills aren't as sharp as the others.


Sukoji practicing on the keyboard while Roxyy plays hookie from practice and enjoys herself an ice cold beer. It's pretty much all the girls do, since their small trailer lacks so much.

Didn't make any of these sims, both of them were born in game - townie parents too lol. Thanks to a combination of Selzi and Spookymuffin face templates I believe!

Frieda Beaker and Natasha Casa are both a little shook up after their hostess's grandfather's near-death experience. Natasha abandons the hot tub and wanders around to the front of the house. Frieda trails after her; not sure why.

Or it might be because Frieda heard Natasha talking to her BFF earlier about liking girls. So she brings it up - but Natasha recoils. "Whoa, that as a private conversation! And anyway maybe it's a, you know, phase. Or something."
"You know it doesn't work like that."
"I know I barely know you!"
"Okay, there's that. Maybe we should go back inside? Her grampa's fine now."

But in the middle of dancing Natasha changes her mind. "Well, okay, so I do like girls and you're kind of cute -"
"What? We still barely know each other. What is this cold-and-hot business?"

This is Lang-Bee Baek. She not a very friendly lady. In fact, most people tend to avoid her like the plague (that is unless she's seeking companionship. Yeah.. this current gen is mostly romance aspiration). She has two triplet brothers, and is the eldest daughter out of a total of eleven children. Despite her age, she also has an adult son named Kirhae whom she is constantly pressuring to share the aspects of his social or love life. For example....


Jackie Petterson is Kirhae's fiance'. She has yet to meet his mother... which can be both a good thing and a phenomenally good thing. Too bad the poor girl is harboring a secret of her own, and I'm sure hers is bound to stir the pot a LOT more than being kept in the dark. Jackie, while female in appearance, is technically a male (his roommate Jason's picture was shared in the Male sims thread). (S)he hasn't been keeping this secret to be malicious, but instead out of fear of losing the only man who has ever fallen for her. Either way, it's probably for the best if she tells him sooner than later. [I think she looks decent for a simmergirl]

Sarah Love left her womrat, Mr. Cuddles, behind when she graduated, and Ophelia Nigmos takes over the responsibility for him.

Amanda Ruben gets to know the Pollymorphic the parrot at college.

But then she graduates, into a transition outfit so good she doesn't even feel the need to buy new everyday clothes when she gets back to the neighborhood. That color is excellent on her, and I suddenly feel as if she should have been wearing it her whole life.

Petra Ottomas hangs her picture of her boyfriend Edward Beare doing the hula in the most prominent location in the residence, where everyone can see it the moment they walk in the front door.

Hermia Capp in a transitional stage of mourning, trying out what she'd heard about a good meal making everything feel less dire. (She's the best cook among her siblings, which isn't saying much!) It didn't help, and Tybalt made nasty comments about her keeping her purple hair as they ate, making her cry again.


Hermia's cousin Ariel, having marvellous messy fun (for free!) mere seconds before the Social Worker's van pulled up. Whatever you want to say about her background, she's a resourceful kid, and it should help her survive in the dangerous world her generation faces.

Lifelong best friends, Jovita Hawkins and Naomi Thyme, have a nice chat over supper. Their lives and aspirations are very different, but this doesn't diminish their affection for each other.

Although they are at each other's throats most of the time (due to Guadalupe dating Dove's cousin and another boy at the same time), Guadalupe Newson and Dove Hawkins know they need to make nice in front of the grownups, as their parents are great friends.

Penny Weiss is going to marry Rhett Hart, so she calls an emergency shopping outing and goes into Bigg City with her BFF Mary (Rhett's stepmother), her future sisters-in-law Candy and Goldie, and her daughter Laika. The project doesn't thrill Laika, but when they run into Olivia Ottomas at CJ Peggey's, Laika gloms onto her and feels better.

The wedding has put Rhett's little half-sister, Mary's daughter Rhein, in a tight spot. She had been coping all right with having a baby brother, but now she and Laika have to share a room! And Laika is making no secret of the fact that she wasn't consulted about the move and doesn't approve of it. But Rhein, her mother's daughter down to her toes, walks right up to Penny and gives her a family kiss the moment the ceremony's over and Rhett lets go of his bride.

Since there's a housing shortage in Strangetown, Stella Terrano has moved in with her friend Johnny's sisters while she looks for a job. She's supposed to go into the Consolidated Forces Science Branch, to work with Johnny's uncles, but the security clearance is taking forever.

Much squeeing was heard in the Hart house, as Mary greeted her best friend, soon to be stepdaughter-in-law, Penny. Obviously Mary will be helping with her dress and hair.

Mary's daughter Rhein is all dressed up and making sure the room she's going to share with her niece is all ready for her.

The morning after the wedding, Mary Hart is delighted to make a really big family breakfast for a properly big family.

After Rainelle Neengia found herself mysteriously revived in Belladonna Cove, she decided that a change in appearance was in order.

Same and DJ seem to be on the way to being a happily married couple someday, despite DJ's lavish tastes and Sam's pretence of dislike for ostentation. Sam proposed shortly after blowing this kiss.


Seeing what Morty and Stella were doing so shocked Alex Teatherton that she had to sit down to process their wanton show of affection. That's right, the Roths easily starteld Alex Teatherton!


Daisy does some self-experimentation, trying the limits of her body. Her body is a useful weapon, after all -- and it might come in handy to know that jumping in a pool can delay the inevitable fate of a vampire in the sun for her.

Butterfly is reluctant to capture her namesake insects and lock them up in a bottle. It seems grotesque. Her new neighbors expect her to fulfill this rite of passage though, so she sadly performs. She is not as enthusiastic as she appears.

Dove Hawkins has expressed her displeasure at Guadalupe Newsons's two-timing ways in no uncertain terms. Mary Ann Hawkins, who is cousins and best friends with both, is at a loss how to react, so she settles for looking after Guadalupe's little sister Fatima and distracting her from the conflict.

Here's Isabel Baldwin, who I reassigned as a "Real Housewives" -inspired homemaker. She's a lousy cook and a tad self-centered but great with the kids and very popular in the upper-class of Pleasantview.

This is Monica (Leong) Gieke, on her way to work as a midwife. She's married to Chester Gieke and has one child with him, a daughter named Brendy. She also has another daughter, Saylor, with her longtime-lover Bret Worthington.



Bret's sister Whitely (Worthington) Landgraab. Neither Bret nor his father Frances were too pleased when Malcolm and Whitely started dating, but there was nothing they could do. Their union has now dumped even more fuel on the feud that has always existed between the two wealthy families. Whitley seems comfortable as a Landgraab, and provided Malcolm with an heir shortly after their marriage, a boy named Channon.

Angela admired her new adult look. This was the face of a good mother for Dusti, and who knew her hair could look this good loose?


Jill Smith has her own very oddball sense of style, and she likes it. She also likes her wonderful grades. She intends to be one of the three kids her mother wants to get through college!

I just discovered that Penelope Elven (the brunette) is the jealous type. Her husband, Gavin Newson, was talking to Georgia (the blonde). They weren't flirting, but there was a lot of tickling going on between them. Penelope runs over and immediately starts arguing and annoying Georgia nonstop. Poor Penelope doesn't realize that she's jealous of the wrong girl. Gavin has a romance secondary and has already cheated on her with one of the Smith daughters.

Some ladies of my medieval hood, Kingdom of Arde. Sorry for the text, I'm just bursting to share what I've been up to! :D


Lady Garla Galedottír Vart (neé Noil), wife of Lord Matthew Vart, a nobleman. Garla was born to Gale and Magda Noil and has five siblings. Her brother Tremus became the first King of Arde after being selected by the town elders for his wisdom (he was the first sim to graduate from University in this neighborhood) and noble deeds. It's probably as historically inaccurate as it gets but hey, I had no one to call a King and nothing's off-limits when you play The Sims, right?


Here's the deceased Lady Brenna Suveld, wife of Lord Lucius Sulveld and mother to their four children. Their eldest daughter, Anda Suveldnoil, is the Queen of Arde as she is married to Tremus Suveldnoil.
Brenna, her husband, their children Anissa, Karo and Amna, along with Amna's husband Mark and their infant daughter Luba, are believed to have perished after their house and farm were burnt down. However, Amna, her brother Karo and her child are very much alive, living as a peasant family in the working part of town.


This here is Lady Lucie Bernarderholm, wife to Bernard Bernarderholm and mother to their three daughters and son. Bernard was a knight in his youth and was given a title of nobility for his brave deeds in war. He retired and became a horse breeder. He moved with his family to this prosperous new kingdom to rub shoulders with the local lords - perhaps they're interested in his horses?
Unfortunately the estate the Bernarderholms settled in is the very spot in which the Suveld family burnt to death, and their spirits are said to roam the house restlessly.

Not realizing she was adding to the hood's symmetry by being about to become Jodie Larson's good counterpart, Lucy decided to see if this beauty-drink would persuade people to care more about her. Note clipping, dog-training, puppy-pee, and tributes of fruit behind her. Does she care?


Well, this can certainly be useful! And it should look good with pink!

(This is on-campus. Penelope has only appeared once. Just more corruption in Drama Acres, I expect.)

(Rishell was completely serious about this. Jordan even asked her about turn-ons, changed her appearance to suit them, and Rishell went and watched TV. Jordan interrupted her to ask if she liked what she saw, and her wants scrambled, but retained the 'get engaged' want. So Jordan sat up watching movies with her.)

Amanda Ruben enjoys seeing the sights of Three Lakes, and honeymooning with her husband, but she also enjoys beating her own high score, so back off.
