If life is a party, then Cocoa Graves is pretty sure she's the pinata. Every time life knocks her down, she doesn't even manage to get one foot back on the ground before another foot goes straight to her face. She's sure she's the worst Knowledge sim out there, considering she nearly dropped out of highschool twice, and she's not really even into the whole university thing, anyways. She's only there because she got a free ride from that Orphaned Sims Assistance Fund, and thought that studying sounded better than aimlessly looking for something to do with her life. Life at La Fiesta Tech could be better. For one, she's in a dormitory, and she's learned it's a nightmare for someone who just wants some peace and quiet. And the RUMORS! Her being a bit mean to her roommates started a chain of rumors which, last she heard, was at the stage where people thought she was running from an arrest warrant in Pleasantview and was responsible for the disappearance of Bella Goth. What?! None of what they say is true, of course. She has feelings! She just doesn't have any interest in showing them off, ever. |

Not too high quality but I "recreated" Olga, Masha and Irina from Chekhov's Three Sisters. This is kinda what I imagined them looking like as I read the play, combined with their associated colors (and Masha's hair changing from brown to red bc why would they all have different hair colors they're sisters).
Maybe I should've made the others too but I could only really imagine the three sisters in this much detail, while the others were clothes and hair at best and "just green" at worst. |

Update: Florentina's now available for download. I started this girl today by creating her from genetics and then modifying her in Bodyshop. Her name's Maria. At first I planned for her to be Spanish but then I noticed she was developing something of a Greek nose. I like her but I think her eyes might need to be made a little bit smaller.

Well my friend as I told you, I reinstalled TS2 (base game only) after 8 years without playing any sims game, I publicly can blame you for it, because seeing your gorgeous female sims and wishing to play with them a bit, I got encouraged to play it again, hence here is a small tribute to your work. First of all, he're 3 of your girls wearing their everyday clothing, from left to right: Helene Leventis, Connie Hall, Connie's twin sister Annie, (same Connie's facial geometry but with different content) and Charlotte Hudson, sorry I changed some hairs for someones I love. They also looks great with their formal outfits. And the unavoidable bikini shot. Thank you so much for sharing those beautiful sims and for encouraging me to run TS2 again after that so long time. And well, here is my "Harem" in their workout clothes. Not my angels, but they were a start point for them, on the left is Delia based on Warlokk's Xhires Rio Bodyshape, Next is Hikki based on Fitchick, then is Alex, based in Warlokk's Xhires Fashion Model, and finally is Akane, also based on Fitchick, Delia and Akane were done in my latest times as a TS2 hardcore gamer, and they were available at Back Alley sims while it was active, Hikki and Alex are from my oldest shared sims and I think they're still available at Insim & ISA. (or what still remains of them) A tight hug. J.R. |
About 13 years ago, someone wrote this phrase in another forum: "the most beautiful short hairs for female sims were originally done for males", I agreed then and now, and a whole bundle of years after, I still think that Hanui hair by Sizz is the best example of what was said that day, in the image, my beautiful sim Miriam is wearing that stunning haircut.
Changing the subject, but keeping the "female sims" topic, the police chief of "Four Corners" (my gorgeous girl Akane) seems to be happy with her new police car, and I just realized that "Four Corners" is located in Germany. @WatermelonSandal interesting trick for those who uses CAS for sim creation, I knew about it since years ago, but never used it as I have my own not so orthodox ways for sim faces creation, and only use Bodyshop as bridge to import them, leaving CAS just to plan outfits and put those sims in my game.
@marcusharding15 awesome facial features you shaped for you girl, loves how they look even in that BS screenshot, I also noticed you're using an interesting skintone on her, which bodyshape did you select for her? or it's just clothing? hopes to see some in game shots of her very soon.

Despite I'm trying to avoid posting pictures here, it does not worth, here are some examples of what I'm talking about in the next 2 portrait pics are my sims Akane, a girl with mixed facial features with an Asian touch, and Claudette another girl with more Caucasian style, in both girls I used modified versions of LaExotique's Asia skin, but you could see that there is a big difference among them despite they share the same skin shade, that difference comes from the different sculpting of their facial features, I did not modify the skin's facial elements, I just mapped sexy feet on them, added the adult details and linked them to some of my favorite custom bodyshapes. Akane
Claudette Here is another example: Asami
On Asami I used a photoskinned skintone that has nothing to do with Asians, that skin was created by Jirka for this sim he posted to TSR and I modified for its usage with Warlokk's Fashion Model, same modifications I told before. There are several more or less realistic skins that can help you, Louis skins (I used them for Megumi and Hikki) Corvidophile's dermalicious skins, LaExotique's Asia, Rensim's Peau, and a bit less realistic Ephemera ones, all Ephemera makeups are very helpful too, never use Maxis-match, original Maxis skins or nothing toonish on your Asian sims, also never use the Mary Sue's template to start or mix in an Asian sim. Well my last pic of the post and the thread is a portrait of the most seditious sim I ever created: Kathleen

Some Shape Island Ladies
4 Attachment(s)
Very nice, JR. Your ladies are always unique... and spectacular!
As you may know, the hood I'm playing right now is Shape Island where all of the Sims are non-Maxis shapes since I like variety in my Sims' appearances. Here are some pictures (captured easel paintings, actually, since my families always paint still life pictures of their lot-mates) of a few of my female Island residents. (Left) Generation 3's Edie Cortes - Athletic Girl shape, half-alien -- (Right) Gen 3's PollyEsta Hegner - Body Builder Girl shape, half alien (I use a multi-pollination technician mod) (Left) 2nd Generation Summer Deer - Athletic Girl shape -- (Right) Gen 3's Tessum Kramer - Athletic Girl shape and Summer's daughter (Left) Generation 3's Alexa Russell - Athletic Girl shape (with body piercings) -- (Right) Gen 3's Dukinie Fuller - Warlokk's 34DDE36 shape (Left) Generation 3's Andriad Doyle - Warlokk's 34DE36 shape -- (Right) First generation Marijayne Taylor - Warlokk's 34CE36 shape Marijayne was created in CAS as one of the original 50 Sims used to populate the Island. All of the others are in-game born. |
@HobbesED awesome bundle of gorgeous girls, all of them are adorable from the half aliens to the CAS made girl, if you ask for my own tastes, I'd say my preferred ones from the lot are Alexa Russel and Summer Deer, above all Summer as I see something of my own ethnicity on her. :lovestruc
|
Quote: Originally posted by jotaerre
It's rather interesting that Summer is your preferred. Her mother (another of the original 50 on Shape Island) was Autumn Deer who was one of the models I created for my 2015 BAS calendar. When Sims are born in game and age up to children and above, I choose their attire, hair and makeup based upon my mood at the time and what sort of inspiration they provide me. For Summer, her facial structure and skintone made me think of the Southwest US - possibly a mix of Native American and Hispanic so I tried to bring that out a bit more with her makeup, hair and attire. |
Quote: Originally posted by HobbesED
@HobbesED to be honest, I did not take in account the Hispanic part, but felt in love with her indigenous facial features, in RL I barely admit the small Hispanic part on me, (mostly cultural than ethnic) but I'm absolutely proud of the indigenous one, on the other hand despite I barely can see her face, the skintone looks great to me, is it something you converted to Athletic girl? I have a bunch of years without using that shape, but always loved its balance, strong and feminine at same time, so sad we can't get a Xhires with sexy feet version of that wonderful shape or Marvine's permission to make it, WCIF poser magnets for it? Last night I was writing a long reply to your PM when a blackout set me out, I'll try again today. |
Quote:
@jotaerre I don't know anything about poser magnets. Vanity DeMise did make an updated Athletic Girl shape with morphs (Marvine's had none) and piercings. All of her BAS creations are here. VanityDeMise uploads PierreNC at BAS created a number of altered shapes with morphs, among them Athletic Queen (adult) and Athletic Princess (teen). His BAS creations are here. PierreNC uploads I'm fairly certain that Summer Deer uses Pierre's AQ shape and I mapped a different skintone onto it. |
Quote: Originally posted by HobbesED
Thank you Bro, I'll check those folders, my idea about the magnets is to convert some of my favorite clothing items (meshes) to that shape and magnets reduces workflow time a lot, anyways they can be created from the full body nude mesh prior to the conversions but that means I'll have to spend more time. |
2 Attachment(s)
Anything you create for Athletic Girl/Athletic Queen, I would be most interested in. The Athletic shape has always been one, if not the, favorite female body shape for me. Way back when in the ages of dinosaurs (circa 2007), I did get Marvine's permission for Gothplague to make a new mesh for AG for me, a bottom mesh with a pleated tennis-like skirt. I can't find Gothplague's post on InSim now, it may have been lost in the great InSim Revolution, however, I did find a 2007 picture of a recolor I uploaded using that mesh.
And just so I don't derail this thread. Attached is another picture of Athletic Girl Alexa Russell from my Shape Island hood. |

I used a mesh from Cynnix at PlumbBobKeep http://www.medievalsims.com/forums/...8ce46c92101e211 (If the box www link doesn't work, change the "www" to "app".) |

I'm no expert on the Gothic look. I think the dress and makeup are good. I'm not sure what the hair is. And right or wrong, I tend to associate at least a few piercings with goths so in my mind, I'd consider ear piercings.

Well to keep the thread on its rail, a couple of recent pics of Tomoko, a subversive half Asian sim based on Warlokk's Classic Pinup I left without sharing along Kathleen and Claudette when I had the political incident that set me out of the society during all 2013 and a half of 2014. It's pretty difficult to find real Asian ladies with that kind of shape, but there are someones, mostly bikini models like Yuko Aoki. Tomoko (智子) And a couple of closeups of the subversive sim faces I mentioned in the post. Kathleen Claudette |

Is Tomoko wearing Marvine heels? I keep alpha files showing the mapping for many shoes so I can recolor them more easily. Of course Marvine's heels have a LOT of different ways to be recolored - they have a lot of diversity.
I love Kathleen's skintone. Particularly there on the forehead it's so realistic, you can practically see individual pores and maybe I'm just imagining it but it almost looks like I can see the remnants of a forehead worry line. With the subtle color variations, it is one of the best faces I've seen in quite a while. Claudette is quite attractive as well. :-) While I can't hope to compete with your ladies, here is another picture of Andriad - it just happened to be her family's turn in rotation. |

For a Victorian-era Gothic look, I like #4 and #5 - the two up-dos near the right end.

@WatermelonSandal I totally agree with @RoxEllen1965 personally I think #4 fits perfect your purposes, on the other hand #1 and # 6 (the loose ones) with Pooklet's textures or anything more or less realistic, (not Maxis-match) would be great for my subversive simgirls, as it's noticeable they have interesting alphas.
Quote: Originally posted by HobbesED
@HobbesED, yeah these are Marvine's heels, it's a texture Lytough posted to ISA a whole bunch of years ago, I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's for Bloom's CPU alpha multimesh but he didn't use the alphas, after giving it some "improvements" I reused that texture for the Bloom/Chris Hatch's FM multimesh with sandals, but I used the alphas instead of the nude mesh, so sad I don't have an image handy of that conversion, but here is one texture I did for that mesh in my late days at BAS, with Marvine's heels for the boots, these heels are really versatile when you use them. About Kate's skin, you're right again, there is a barely noticeable forehead wrinkle in the face texture, if I well remember, original one was a celebrity photoskinned texture by ChazDesign, I edited for its usage with Fitchick and only used that edited version for Kathleen when I made her, but I remember well that besides the adult details (for females only that time) I added only a small bit of sharpness to the face texture and liked the result, you've already seen the part that cannot be shown here at MTS, for others I only can share a bikini shot, currently I don't have the original texture set, only my edit. Andriad, what a stunning beauty, just like your other girls, all of them are winners in my book, I do enjoy a lot watching your gorgeous girls and I hope you can enjoy my humble ones. Then to close the post, here are 2 of my half Asian ladies, the sweet Misato and her sister Kaede, not genetic sisters, only assigned in CAS. Misato

Kate definitely has an awesome skin! That's one thing I especially appreciate about TS2 - the level of graphic detail can be exceptional. During my months of messing about with the later series games, I was highly disappointed in what they had to offer in that regards. Of course several years and quite a few upgrade packs later, they may now have something better.
So it's time for the Doyle family in rotation. Here is Demira Doyle, a Fashion Model shape. I just had her run outside, strike a pose and slapped a wallpaper up behind her. She has a live-in boyfriend to whom she is engaged and will likely make it official soon, maybe even this season. |
Quote: Originally posted by HobbesED
Totally agree, no other installment of the game series had the graphic quality TS2 has, even taking in account the newer and supposedly better technolgy applied to them. Demira is simply stunning, @HobbesED I love the way you combined the content giving her a magic if not supernatural touch, that combo of dark skin and light eyes on FM, one of my favorite shapes, reminded me of some magical creatures like dark elves, I loved from the fantasy literature. What about more Fashion Model based ladies for the thread?. Here is a freckled and flirty sweetie I Named Kayleigh O'Connor at her home. and one of her roommates (the other FM in the household) paying a visit to my selfsim's house. Both girls are wearing clothes for my FM alpha mesh with SimpleDesign's flipflops. The other member of that household is a stunning beauty based on Rio, but by now the only recent pic of her I can show here at MTS is a face shot. |

Very nice WatermelonSandal. Your classic gothic look comes through nicely.
JR, Kayleigh looks adorable. Red hair, green eyes and freckles... a perfect combination! The blonde looks quite natural, as if she's just coming inside to get a drink of water. Great work on the mesh and choice of textures for her. And your Rio lady makes me think she could be of an Hispanic heritage. Very well done! I'll post more Fashion Models from my hood as their families' rotations come up. In the meantime, here are the most current ladies from the rotation. First up is Fredith, she's one of Warlokk's Classic Pinups. One thing I have trouble with is finding good long hair which doesn't clip into the curvier body shapes. So I like the fact that her hair is short enough in front not to clip but quite long in back. Next is Kalma. She's also a Classic Pinup. Her favorite color, if you couldn't surmise it, is blue. And finally, here is Luce. She's of Marvine's BodyBuilderGirl shape. She trains with attitude. And no, she doesn't normally workout in stiletto boots although she does enjoy showing off her physique while wearing them. |

Thank you so much for your kind words my dear friend @HobbesED about my Rio gal, it seems I was too obvious with her Latina looking, her name in my game is Maria Graça de Almeida, a Portuguese name, maybe because when I start to make a Rio based girl, the first thing that comes to my mind is Brazil, she was available at BAS as part of the last lot of sims I shared there, then it's possible that you have her. Here is Aiyana, my first special simgirl in at least 8 years. Despite Kayleigh, Misato, Kaede and a nice brunette that appears some posts back in this thread were done in the last 3 months I'm playing sims again, I don't see them as my simgirls as they lacks of that special touch that makes a sim "unique", they were simply quickly dialed in CAS, I see on Kayleigh some resemblance with my old sim Hannah, still at ISA, maybe a side effect of the skin I used on her, the other 3 girls I did mention, looks too "Generic" for my own tastes, but on Aiyana I have put more work, love and a touch of indigenous pride and I think she's truly unique. Lately I've been doing some experiments with lighting in game, trying to use some stuff learned in Daz studio to develop a technique to get better screenshots with the limited resources TS2 has to offer us, and some of my more cherished (and subversive) simgirls became into a sort of "Guinea pigs" for those experiments, also Aiyana, for the next 2 pics I spent about an hour and a half moving light poles and garden lamps, looking for a light setup that were half way toward the famous "Rembrandt light" since I was trying to shot a night scene, I didn't get the Rembrandt lighting but I got some interesting shadows and some weird ones too, and the final result was pretty decent, then it worth the time spent. Aiyana
@HobbesED here is the conversion to FM I told you in a previous post: |
2 Attachment(s)
Aiyana does look truly spectacular, JR. And you've showcased her very well in those night shots. I'm well familiar with those garden lamps! I've used them many a time trying to get good effects for night pictures. I also use the overhead (ceiling) lights (with the cheat moveobjects on) to help illuminate the subject in the foreground while reducing the lighting in the back. Those in combination with some of those floor/garden lights are how I usually start out.
When I did some TV broadcasting technical stuff so many years ago, we used three primary lights for lighting people in various telecasts - the key light, the fill light and the back light - and would frequently have to move lights around on an overhead grid to properly light the scene. I've carried some of that (what I still remember at least) along with me as I strive for good photos in the Sims. The key light is your primary light source to light your subject, usually at an angle since straight on tends to "flatten" the look. The fill light is of lesser intensity and is used to "fill in" shadows created by the key light. If the fill light causes additional shadows, it is too bright. And the back light shines upon the head and shoulders, usually from above, to help visually separate the subject from the background. Or at least that's how we did it back in the olden days in the TV studio. Maybe that will be of some help in the future. Anyway, again I think Aiyana looks wonderful. Great job! Edit: I said I'd provide Fashion Model pictures when they came up in rotation. Well, here is Ashley, an FM elder. I've changed this hood's skintones so that all of my body shapes keep their same shape when they age to elder. Hey, our elder ladies need some love too! I also add additional wrinkles and aging content to my Sims when they become elders for more realism since they don't change into an elder bodyshape. So here is more of a close-up of Ashley which shows a bit more age in her face. Ashey died this rotation 2-days after I took her pictures a the ripe old age of 77 Maxis days. |

Thank you again my friend for the kind words for my lady, as she's very special to me, I feel she's being well appreciated.

That's a 3 point light setup, I use several variations of it for portraits or when a need to showcase a single object in 3DCGI, not only for my angels and 3D models, at random times I get hired as freelance promo artist for various 3d content marketplaces and needs to work with it, so sad it isn't more often, pay is not so good but helps, above all in a country where the minimum wage is less than a buck per month and the average income is about the double of it, also you get a license of the promoted product as part of the deal, and that's very good for poor people like me. Sometimes when I have a chance, I also use that light setup in photography. @HobbesED here is a couple of pics of another Latina beauty I think you know from other times, Fatima de Sousa based on Sussi bodyshape, for these images I used a 3 point light setup. Fatima
I had to apply some postwork to these 2 pics to cover an annoying detail that happens too often with shapely sims and long hairs as you recalled in a previous post, in the Raw Screenshot can be seen that detail, and also it helps me to show others how much Photo-paint I use on my screenshots, (almost nothing) and this image shows how I distributed the lamps for the scene in those 2 pic, if the pic can be of some help to others, back light is just a single step before the sofa and 2 steps behind Fatima. My feeble attempts have made things look worse. So now I've scrapped entire photoshoots just because I can't find poses that don't cause some sort of clipping issue. What you did to correct Fatima's problem hair is inconceivable to me! Mia was another one who used to amaze me with his editing/correction abilities. I really like Fatima by the way. I must admit that I don't take nearly as much time with my pictures now. There aren't contests to enter and appreciation for the finer aspects of presenting Sims is a far cry from what is was back in the day. I blame that somewhat on the lesser machines running Sims2. More laptops and notebooks which inherently have smaller screen sizes so the display isn't as discriminating. And because the machines aren't as robust with processing, memory and storage, many people prefer not to gather Sim CC but rather concentrate on the overall look of their hoods rather than their individual Sims. And EA has helped urge people that way. From Sims2's reasonably good facial abilities, Sims3 gave us Puddings and Sims4 gave us PlayDohs while they both went out of their way to have more vibrant and colorful outdoor renderings that put TS2 to shame. Enough with my soapbox... Very nice look for your Resident Evil in the red-dress. Love the face! And here's just a quick look at Kitley. She's another BodybuilderGirl. |
Well I must say @WatermelonSandal @HobbesED @jotaerre your sims are all very lovely and glamorous I must say, but they are nothing compared to my townies. I'm not bragging or anything, but cop a load of the lovely Miss Alotta Fagina:

Yup, that's me.
Anyway, the lovely pixel ladies L-R: Linda Sample: A Sim that I previously made in TS3 but could've come out waaayyy better. So glad I found a hairstyle that fits well while being close to her original. Kara Jade Ingram: Another Sims 3 Sim who's more popular. Couldn't resist making her after finding 3to2 conversions of WINGS-ON0910. Carol Smith: One of those problem customers. Name shamelessly stolen from here. |

The Veronaville fashion houses may have overlooked Regina in their search for models, but, whatever she may lack in looks, she has a lovely nature. If you're lucky enough to get her in your Welcome Wagon, then you've got a real friend. Veronaville townie Regina actively supports the Welcome Wagon movement. Young Dean Cameron is one of those who appreciates her qualities. Dean and she have something else in common. They both have a Romance aspiration. |

WatermelonSandal - it looks like you did quite a good job converting your TS3 ladies back into TS2. I bet it took real effort to make them so similar.
My Sims don't shop for clothing at the Maxis Thrift Store once they grow up. Once they reach teen, the vast majority of them have no use for those mass-produced frocks. They get clothing significantly more unique and flattering. I'll share pictures of one last under-appreciated Sim here. She was born in-game, as are all of my Sims on Shape Island after the initial seeding of Generation 1. She's become a favorite of mine during her generation's rotations not only because I enjoy her looks, but also because her game personality comes through fairly well. This is Dukinie. She's a Warlokk 34DDe36 body shape. A Generation 3 Family Sim with Pleasure secondary - so she enjoys herself without going too far. She's currently engaged to a Fortune/Family Sim who will probably turn out to be their primary bread-winner so a wedding is probably not far in her future. She's wearing an outfit which I converted just for her using a gorgeous mesh by JulieJ. I guess you could say it's a one-of-a-kind designer dress and not some run-of-the-mill rag off the discount racks in PleasantView or Veronaville. Her skintone is not perfect. It has flaws, freckles and moles in various places just like non-Sims do. I think that makes her all the better. And she's standing in front of a New York City skyline which I converted from a photo for game use as well. Th...th... th...That's All Folks. |

@WatermelonSandal I do own the 80% of the stock of that company, but sometimes I finish some things 8 years later. On our main subject I can say I love how you shaped Kara's eyes in both versions. @simsample when I read that you posted to this topic, I had the secret hope that you post images of your gorgeous selfsim or maybe Bertha Bigguns the other beautiful sim who caught my attention in another thread, anyways Allota has a nice and funny expression and is very welcome to the thread, as any female sim in your game is, hopes you stay sharing your pics with us, and I'd have the chance to see those 2 stunners here too. I was about to leave MTS and hence this thread, in fact I was being reticent to stay posting pics of my subversive sims here due to the lack of respose, but Chris Hatch and Hobbes convinced me to to stay a while more, and since Hobbes is subverting the order too with his stunning babes, I don't feel so alone in that seditious task, in fact the most beautiful ladies I've seen in this thread are these shapely girls of Hobbes. @AndrewGloria it seems that outfit was on sale when Regina and Alotta went to the stores, hopes to see more of your ladies soon. Like Hobbes' ladies, my simgirls does not wear anything maxis, all my sims have skins linked to a female custom bodyshapes (males too) then for the first generation I plan their outfits according to their own shapes, for next generation I do the same Hobbes does, I do not use pre done sims for breeding, they can stay virgin per secula seculorum. @HobbesED Dukinie is a stunner, absolutely gorgeous but I cannot let pass the chance to say that I adore that teen-like face of Kitley, it's really sweet and expressive and combined with that strong shape she becomes truly unique. Do you remember Hannah? I did mention her in my previous post and I think she's still at ISA. Hannah
I always have been worried about creating sims that are equal to others, even now when I'm not making them for sharing, then I got scared that Kayleigh could be a copy of Hannah, then I moved Hannah to Strangetown and put her side by side with Kayleigh and I can breathe with calm again, they have some slight resemblance due to the shared content, but they aren't the same, anyways Kayleigh could impersonate a younger sister of Hannah. |
Once again, JR, Hannah is beautiful. I'd say, and this is just personal preference, that I like Hannah slightly more. She's a little more understated in a comfortable way - perhaps she has a bit of tomboy in her. Like she's ready to play out in the yard, or go on a hike or something (although her top may not be conducive to a lot of physical exertion). While Kayleigh looks more like she's made up to go to something a bit more formal.
I appreciate how much effort it takes you to create and present Sims like this. Not only with a wide variety of skintones, makeup, clothing and hair styles, but also to show them in expressive ways using poses, lighting and facial expression mods. Many thanks for all your time and energy (and of course for your ladies!) |

Iris Lamour-Saurel née Rivest She's married to Erwan Lamour-Saurel (BIG), employee at the local restaurant. She currently runs the post office after being the local mail carrier. Hopefully she'll make enough money to move to a bigger house and get her children back (both are raised by two of her siblings). |
Congratulations on her 1 year anniversary, WatermelonSandal. She looks as good as ever, like she hasn't aged a day, even.
Lovely Sim Essa! Red hair and freckles, one of my favorite combinations! |
@HobbesED
Thank you. I so love red haired sims. I don't always think about adding them freckles though. I like to keep things simple. |

Peace, that is a lovely looking sim! It's like everything about her just goes together so well, as if the skintone (overlay?) and eyes were created especially to complement her face.

Loreleï Boisclair - CAS townie Frida Phaneuf - 3rd generation Owner of the local restaurant after her mother died. She's trying to figure out what to do with her life. It seems that starting a relationship with the local doctor is her way to go. He could have been her father. Time will tell. Rhéa Desrosiers - 3rd generation She's just entered adulthood while their other siblings went to uni. She might take over as the local firewoman since her mother just hit elderhood. I make my NPC look like my playables. |

Scenes from Strangetown Sixty-What:
Jenny isn't sure what is more horrible -- the smell in the tiny shop, the clothing worn by the shoppers, or that Chloe had taken so gamely to both smoking and borderline-indecent clothes that were a thorn in the side of authority. Not that Jenny could complain without looking like a hypocrite, but at least she was grateful for what she had! @AndrewGloria @simsample , this is the smoking picture I mentioned. I think the cigarette machine is from PC Sims. This is an old picture and it has now been moved out to the parking lot, because it works only too well and draws townies to smoke inside if they get bored and throw trash on the floor most of the time. It's period-appropriate for smoking to be an answer to boredom, but trashing the shop annoyed not only me and Jenny, but also Buzz Grunt and Olive Spectre! Jill still dresses to please her mother, for now... More of the shopping trip. Lola realizing that her pocketbook is missing just as she reaches the jewellery counter. Who could the culprit be? (Yes, I wish I knew of better cash registers, but it's better than a Victorian-era one!) Oh, maybe the housemate whose pocket she picked earlier that day? |
Bertha Bigguns got dressed up for a party:
Many years ago my game generated a sim called Audrey Hepburn as papergirl. I always liked her and she eventually married into my rich family. Now, she's just aged up to elder, and I still love her! She dyed her hair though! |

I primarily use ten different female BodyShapes in my Shape Island neighborhood. They differ in bust sizes, waist sizes and musculature. Since Ocelotekatl over at Blue Heaven Sims recently created an Amazonian shape with several meshes to allow for creation of clothing across the different clothing categories, I decided to start phasing it into my hood. The more variety, the better is my view.
The picture shows the BodyShapes in the hood roughly from smallest to largest. The Maxis shape is included just for comparison. It is only used by NPCs and Maxis characters which my Sims avoid any interactions with as if they carried the plague. |
My sim Angela, I liked the subdued look

Lola, my legacy founder

Tara DeBateau as she's been in my game for a long time. Pretty sure the only custom content/default on her is the hair.

@Burnziie I love that hair! Which one is it please?
