Isaiah Gavigan liked the idea of moving into a small two bedroom house in Grandbridge City, that meant his own bedroom and toys- until his mom gave birth to twin boys, that is.

Even though the original plan for Flora and James Lightyear was to have three kids, Flora's happy she ended up having twins because then she finally had a child to share the love of nature with. William definitely is the best at fishing out of his siblings, that's for sure.

I'm pretty sure Amber Cerise has never questioned who her father is, but she definitely knows what one is. Also she's encountered her half-siblings multiple times and walked right in front of her dad before. But with Destiny as her mom, the need for a father just isn't there.

Somehow or other, when his sister Sarah goes to college, the second downstairs bedroom becomes the playroom, instead of one of the twins moving into it. Why would anyone think this was unfair? The twins still share that bedroom upstairs...

Arden Hart has been a little lonesome since moving to Bigg City with his Mommy, so when they go shopping for school clothes at CJ Peggey's, he goes out of his way to greet the other kid who shows up, Margaret Howe.

This is still Margaret, but I gussied her up in between shots. Arden, attired in his new clothes, tried to hug her, but she doesn't think they know each other well enough. Candy no doubt takes this as a learning opportunity and will explain to him what he did wrong once she's out of earshot.

Back at the apartment, when Mommy's asleep and it's too late to call people, he amuses himself as best he can.

Things may be looking up for him, though, as Lavesh Ramaswami, in the upper unit of the duplex, just started school. He's kind of little to hang out with, but he should be better than nothing.

When Rhein needed glasses, the Harts ordered the frames through Mrs. Traveller at Booktique, who tried to talk her into square frames; but Rhein insisted on glasses just like Mommy's. Mrs. Traveller did teach her how to do her hair so it'd be more out of the way when she's playing ball.

Rhein's niece Laika Weiss is allowed to visit her new Gramma Dora's family as often as she likes. Here she explains the concept of getting engaged to her stepniece Olivia.

My sim Traci got her first A today. As a new Sims 2 player, her enthusiasm was surprising and contagious. I totally adore her reaction in running to show her mom. I LOVE this GAME!

In all my years of playing Sims 2, I've never had a sim kid as fond of the autonomous-only static charge prank as Lerato Subject. I also didn't realize how many rugs there were in that house that came with the IKEA stuffpack until she became a kid, either. There's at least four, and each and every one of those is treated as her own personal charging station for mischief.



Lerato had a plan, and was more than happy to get in trouble in the course of carrying it out. She took a special shine to her aunt Grimhild during this latest visit and decided that the best way to get her to pay attention to her was to be really, really annoying. She'd already tried hitting her with a water-balloon -- which had turned into a fun water-balloon fight -- but then Grimhild had started to get overheated and had to go inside.



And so Lerato advanced, ready with a static charge in her pointy little pointer finger. Her desired target was the barn-door-sized swell of her aunt's belly, but she figured that a shock to the butt could work just as well if Grimhild didn't turn around.

Unfortunately for Lerato, her uncle Siggeir caught what she was up to and stuck close to Grimhild for the rest of the visit, repeatedly blocking her target by talking to it and generally fussing over Grimhild. So, Lerato played tag with her cousin Garm instead.

Garret Newson seems dubious about the prospect of being Tommy Ottomas's best friend forever.

Laika doesn't have a TV at home, so she makes the most of the one at the Ottomas house after her hosts are all in bed.

The Ottomas kids are still interested in engagements, I see.

Estella grew up yesterday and today is Saturday so her daddies take her shopping! To Kid Stuff! To buy an OVEN! And maybe some other things!

She gets to meet grown up ladies and watch them work and that lady there is pregnant and it's so exciting!

"Oh, my, your daddies let you pick out your own stuff and pay for it too? Aren't you lucky?"
"I sure am! This is a nice store! And now we're going to the park!"
Everything Estella does comes with exclamation marks. She's just that kind of kid.

Meanwhile, Arden Hart got a snow day, so Mama and the landlord took him across the street to Industry Park, where he runs into a downtownie girl - Ernestine - who helps him build a snowman and then agrees to be the robber while he's the cop.

Kenneth Picaso just before he became a teenager. His face is kinda weird as a child when he does some expressions, but I don't mind. As a teenager his face looks a lot more like his Dads, but with a few of his Mum's features mixed in.

They're now teenagers. Renee was briefly pregnant but had a miscarrage during her first trimester because she couldn't sleep (Dennis's apartment was playing loud music), but they plan on having another after they become adults and get married.


Piper Moore (backstory at the bottom of this post). She doesn't mind growing up in the orphanage. Orphanage children are all homeschooled, so far she's maxed the cooking skill and is trying to max out mechanical. It snowed on the weekend, so her and the other children made snowmen in the garden.

With only his brother watching, Vivaan is convinced he's going to win!

But with his sister as well as Sayuri's sister watching, he's convinced otherwise...

Later, Sayuri decides to torment her older sister, Akimitsu...

Then she settles down as she tries to teach her little sister Etsu a nursery rhyme.
