Have you put a normal foundation down, then used the OfB stage over the top of it for the house to create that entrance?

Yeah, pretty much. I used a trick Sesmo taught me. You put four clicks in with the terrain elevation tool and build your foundation with the normal foundation tool. Then you place your split-level foundation up against the normal foundation, and it creates that levelling effect. I rather like it, and will probably end up using it in a lot of my houses. ^_^
