You call these 'contacts'... so are they actual eye colours, or accessories, face makeup, or what?

Yes Dabburite, they are not recolors of the eyes. Hence you can find them I believe in the accessories section.

You can find the contacts in full makeup :matrix:
Also, both male and female of any age can wear them(except newborns, you can't really do much with them anyways )

Cool! I really like this download. It fits for sims that have been 'brainwashed' if you ask me... especially the white moon contacts! Thanks!
